REDUCED-RATE PARKING WITH TIME CARDS
2017/2018
Time cards offer the possibility of parking at Mazur Parkplatz at reduced rates. The current normal tariffs can be seen
at www.mazur-parken.at
Time cards have the word “Nachsteckkarte”, a number of days printed on them. During the period of validity they
can be used once to replace or reduce the amount to be paid for parking. Unused time (i.e. if you pay for four days
and leave earlier) will not be credited and the card will be cancelled. Time cards can be combined to pay for the
parking, and excess time can also be paid for by credit card, debit card or cash. Please note that they are equivalent
to cash and cannot be cancelled or replaced free of charge in the case of loss.
The minimum order for time cards is 10 cards per category. They can be obtained using the order form or directly at
the office on the Mazur Parkplatz. Payment there may be made in cash or by debit or credit card.

HOW TO USE THE TIME CARD
As you enter the car park take a ticket by pressing the ticket button and park your vehicle. Before you leave, you
can pay at the machine or at the exit itself.
Introduce the ticket and the parking fee will be displayed. Insert the time card and the amount will be reduced
accordingly. Remove the ticket, which is now coded to open the barrier for a short time (20 minutes). The time card
is cancelled and kept.

TERMS OF SALE FOR TIME CARDS
1.
The number of days printed on the card replaces or reduces the parking fee to be paid. Time cards are for
single use and cannot be reused.
2.
Time cards are valid until the printed expiry date exclusively for the Mazur Parkplatz. Customers are to be
informed of the scope.
3.
Vehicles parked in an area not covered by the card are subject to the full parking fee.
4.
Non-used time will not be credited but completely cancelled. (Note that short-term parking in particular
can result in considerable losses).
5.
Time cards can be combined (e.g. 2+1 week = 3 weeks). Excess time can also be paid by credit or debit
card or cash.

Time cards are non-cash means of payment. They are equivalent to cash, and loss cannot therefore be
refunded.
7.
Excess time beyond the time printed on the card will be charged to the customer and must be paid for
when leaving the car park (see paragraph 5 for top-up).
8.
The validity of the time card can be extended after the expiry date with account taken of any price
increases that might have occurred in the meantime. The cards may not be exchanged for cash.
9.
Mazur Parkplatz GmbH reserves the right to divert vehicles to other car parks. Possession of a time card
does not guarantee a parking space.
10. Time cards are issued to customers free of charge or with a maximum handling charge of 20 per cent
added by Mazur Parkplatz GmbH to the invoiced amount.
11.
On receipt of the ordered time cards they should be checked to ensure that the correct quantity and
category have been delivered. Complaints at a later date will not be considered.
12.
The Parking Regulations of Mazur Parkplatz GmbH shall apply.
13.
In the event of violations of the above terms, the agreement shall be cancelled with immediate effect
and no further time cards will be issued to the orderer.
