Reports to: Area Manager (South West Fife) Grade: FC8 SCP27 Implement the Neighbourhood Partnership Action Plan by engaging with local people, local councillors, services and partner agencies to work collectively and deliver the aspirations of the South West Fife Local Community Plan. Lead projects, and Identify project leads from Community Planning Partner agencies to deliver the plan Plan, deliver & evaluate activity using the quality framework and applying the principles of the Standards for Community Engagement Undertake self-evaluation of activity to ensure continuous improvement and contribute to the development of the SEIR neighbourhood plan. o Skilled Co-ordinator: January 2016 Quickly establish what’s currently happening where, by who and how it is resourced Work intuitively and creatively to bring local people together to identify common goals Identify gaps in service delivery/local need and work with Partners to address them.
