Some shots of the Darts Match between SJIS and EEB4 on January 21st. The match was a great deal of fun and played in a true spirit of sportspersonship. In total, 36 legs of darts were played – after 35 legs St John’s led by 2 points – everything rested on the last of the 36 legs. Laeken did themselves extremely proud on the day with some very clinical finishing. The final score was SJIS 48 - EEB4 43. We look forward to a re-match at SJIS in May. Game on at EEB4 Back in October, when Mr Young told us to come on our free period on thursdays to play darts and that one day we would play against St. John's International school, we didn't really take it seriously. However, it became a thing, and for 3 months, each Thursday, we would come to play darts together and have fun. Then it happened on 21/01 when we faced the International School's team in our own school of EEB4. We expected alot from them, but we managed to get the lead for almost all the games, but they came back. The final score was 48-43 for St. John's because, unfortunately, one of our best players: David Jeanjean couldn't dominate his opponent, even though he won most of his games. Our team is (or was, because one of them is leaving for Strasbourg) composed of : Marie Eenens, David Jeanjean, Victor Pramann, Constantin Lanaras, Stefan Autengruber, Julius Renaud and myself; Erwan Guillemain. This competition was really amazing and playing against another school was a good experience. Erwan Guillemain, Manager
