Indoor Soccer - $40.00 / 8-week season, no tournament
7v7 Outdoor Soccer - $13.00 / 5-week season, no tournament
Indoor Co-Rec Volleyball - $45.00 / 8-week season, single-elimination tournament
Indoor Women’s Volleyball (Winter) - $30.00 / 8-week season, no tournament
Indoor Women’s Volleyball (Spring) - $22.00 / 6-week season, no tournament
Pickleball - $55.00 / 8-week season, 3-week tournament

Game Days/Times/Locations: varies by sport and season. See team registration for more information.
Captains Meetings: Individual registrants are encouraged to attend the captains meeting for their sport and season. Please indicate below
if you are willing to captain a team.
REFUND POLICY: Individual entry fees may be refundable in the event that not enough players register for a particular sport and season. If necessary, refunds will be placed
back on the credit card used to pay initially. Refunds will be credited no more than one week after the beginning of the season.
In the event that we cannot place you on a team, you will automatically be added to your sport’s pick-up list. The list is distributed to captains in the league.
NON-ALCOHOL LEAGUES: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at game locations. This includes before, during and after any parks and recreation adult sports leagues
and/or any programs organized by the parks and recreation department.

All information is for Missoula Parks and Recreation leagues only. No information will be released to any other organization or person.
WAIVER STATEMENT: We, the undersigned, members of the above team organized under the Parks and Recreation Department recreation
program, in consideration of being given the opportunity of participation in said recreational program, hereby each individually, by signing
below, recognize that certain risks are associated with playing sports and that we each individually assume all risks associated with such
sports activity and hereby release and hold harmless the City of Missoula, Parks and Recreation, and all officials and personnel of the City of
Missoula from liability for any and all injury or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this recreation program/league. I will
accept first aid and/or CPR in case of injury or emergency. I understand and do not object to use of my photo in City of Missoula/Parks and
Recreation Department promotions.
SPORTSMANSHIP AGREEMENT & CODE OF CONDUCT: The Missoula Parks and Recreation Adult Sports Programs are provided on the
understanding that all players within the league are to behave in a manner that is mature and reflective of good sportsmanship. Missoula
Parks and Recreation philosophy for game play focuses on recreation, a fun environment and good sportsmanship. This agreement is to be
signed and understood by all players, and if not adhered to, will result in dismissal from Parks and Recreation leagues and/or programs, no
refunds.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy: any verbal or physical abuse towards officials, staff or other players will result in ejection from current league and
possible future leagues.
2. No Fighting: any physical altercation during game play will result in the dismissal of all players involved for the remainder of the season
and possible future seasons.
3. Officials decisions are final during game play, disputes and clarification of rules may be addressed by team captain and/or co-captain at
halftime or end of game.
4. Players are expected to be respectful to each other and practice good sportsmanship towards all officials, players, teams, and spectators
within the league.
5. All players must abide by any and all rules stated in sport specific rulings.
6. Penalty for infractions may result in: player/team warning and/or forfeit of game and/or ejection from league and/or banned from City
of Missoula Parks and Recreation sports leagues (see sport specific rule for more info on infractions and penalties).
SPORT FACILITY & GYM RULES:
1. NO alcohol, smoking or tobacco products allowed at sports facilities or inside any gym (no outside food or drinks, clear water only).
2. NO children under age 12 may be in gym unless accompanied by a non-playing adult.
3. Please pick up trash, water bottles, clothes, etc. after your game.
4. Damage caused by a player or a team bystander to any sport facility or gym will result in ejection from current league and future
leagues and possible police intervention for destruction of public or private property. Restitution and/or compensation will be required.
5. Team captains are asked to inform their players of these rules in order to ensure future use of District I School gyms & other local gyms
and outdoor sports facilities.
TEAM ROSTER: Please read above and sign below. All players must completely fill out and sign waiver before playing. Original rosters will be available at
facilities for players to sign. Please check with site facilitator. If you need to add more players please use another blank roster.
