Between the undersigned and the management of “Camping les Deux Ballons”, has been
agreed the following points:

I declare my understanding of the conditions of hiring and enclosed prices, and I accept
them.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1- Rental is strictly on a personal basis and for x adults + x kids.
2- Contract will be automatically cancelled if number of person is more than mentioned
above.
3- Rental will be effective at the receipt of 25% deposit and with our writing consent.
Paid xxx,xx euro via Bank wirexx/xx/xx. In case of delayed arrival, please advise.
Phone messages should be confirmed in writing (fax, email or telegram). Without any
information, your non arrival on the expected date will be considered as contract
cancellation. Your rental will be considered available from 9am the next morning.
4- The cost of the rent (xxx,xx euro) must be paid cash or by bank wire (no credit card)
in full the day of arrival, after inventory of fixtures. Guarantee of 200.00 € will be
requested. It will be returned on the day of departure, minus cost of repairing if
needed, and minus price of cleaning (90.00 €) if the rental is not left as tidy as it was
on arrival.
5- No money back for early departure.
Chalets are fully equipped, except for towels.
Please read this contract carefully, date and sign with the handwritten mention “read and
approved”. Send one copy back to the renter before xx/xx/xxxx.
