Regulations for hut units used in the building industry
What does the
THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
FOR THE BUILDING INDUSTRY (FOB)
say about the demands for hut units used for changing clothes,
washing up and lunch breaks?
Lunch room:
1,2 m2 dining area pr. person.
Kitchenette, refrigerator and washing-up sink
Washrooms:
Shower, WC, hot and cold running water
(separate women’s and men’s facilities)
Changing Rooms:
Lockable compartment for valuables
Lockers for day clothes, as well as an open space
for dirty clothes
Facility for drying wet clothes and footwear
Separate women’s and men’s changing rooms
All mobile and stationary huts shall be heated
It is the employers responsibility that the hut units are clean and kept in a good shape.
All users of the facilities must contribute to keep it in good order!

NB! There are different regulations for living quarters and hut units not used as
accommodation (dagrigg).
