o Two teams per district
o Each team consists of 2 staff members
Group assignments per province
• Each province to determine the route map for
the facilities in their province
• Will receive:
o List of the facilities in their province for first year
scale up
o Peer review schedule (which districts will conduct the SD
in your province)
o Template for route

• Requests to change scale –up plans
• Number of teams
• Number of staff members per team
• Who will capture status determinations and
when
For discussion
• Number of cars required – 1/team vs 2/team
• Accommodation: could be two different
venues in one week
• Very important: travel time allowed – look up
• Time allowed for orientation on arrival

• Number of clinics where status determination
will be conducted per day:

 time to travel from one clinic to another
• Request to travel on Sunday to commence
on Monday morning
