Computerization of financial activities of credit and
non-credit institutions
Specialized comprehensive software tools “Financial Risks Manager” and
“General Financial Reporting of Banks” allow for automation of financial
activities of credit and non-credit institutions.
Based on 2008 year-end data, banks from over 20 foreign countries (Germany,
USA, France, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, RSA,
Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Spain, Latvia, Belgium, Italy,
Cyprus, China, Japan, etc.) are currently utilizing INEC software.
In 2007 the Tender Committee of the Bank of Russia accredited LLC NVP
INEC for the period of 3 years as one of the participants in closed tenders
conducted by the Bank of Russia in the sphere of “Computerization” (No.16-53/5172 dated July 5, 2007).
Financial Risk Manager tool
Financial Risk Manager tool is designed for computerizing professional
activities of risk analysts and risk managers in credit institutions and insurance
companies, investment and managerial companies, mutual funds and pension
funds, foreign companies including banks, integrated holding companies.
Financial Risk Manager tool is recommended for units engaged in risks
identification, assessment and management; in monitoring and analyzing
financial status and economic performance of businesses; in rating activities;
resources management; defining limits for counterparties; investment activities;
planning and financial tasks; financial and managerial reports; economic
security.

Every third Russian commercial bank is utilizing Financial Risk Manager tool.
Out of 200 major Russian credit institutions listed in Finance journal rating list
No.8 (243), 129 banks are utilizing Financial Risk Manager tool.
Financial Risk Manager tool was awarded the 1st prize in the Analytical
Software nomination at the annual exhibition SofTool-2006 in the context of
“Product of the Year 2006” competition.
General Financial Reporting of Banks (OFO-BANK)
General Financial Reporting of Banks tool (OFO-BANK, “Reporting Manager”
version) is designed for automation of generating the mandatory reports by
bank groups and consolidated reports by multi-branch banks, as well as reports
by bank branches and by credit institutions without branch network to be
submitted to the respective Territorial Offices of the Bank of Russia both on
hard copy and in digital format using software tools such as Kliko, Obved and
PTK PSD.
Based on the data as of 2008 year-end, over 150 credit institutions and branch
offices are utilizing comprehensive software tool General Financial Reporting of
Banks (“Reporting Manager” version).
