London Borough of Newham (Dogs Exclusion) 2011 Amendment Order 2012
The London Borough of Newham hereby makes the following Order:
1. This amended Order comes into force on the 14th June 2012.
2. The London Borough of Newham (Dogs Exclusion) Order 2011 is amended as
follows:
For Schedule 1 to the Order substitute
SCHEDULE
This Order shall apply at all times to
1. All children's play areas that are:
(i) open to the air (which includes land that is covered but open to the air on at
least one side); and
(ii) to which the public are entitled or permitted to have access (with or without
payment) within the London Borough of Newham, irrespective of ownership.
2. All fenced sports areas that are:
(i) open to the air (which includes land that is covered but open to the air on at
least one side) irrespective of ownership; and
(ii) to which the public are entitled or permitted to have access (with or without
payment) within the London Borough of Newham, irrespective of ownership.
3. (i) West Ham Cemetery, E7
(ii) The garden areas in Stratford Park E15
(iii) The sunken garden at Thames Barrier Park E16
(iv) The bandstand area and the garden area in West Ham Park
(v) Portway amenity areas E15
4. The areas specified in the attached List B
