SRG Interim Reporting

Inform grantees of their progress to date on: Number of students served,
programs strategies and services used, progress on objectives, and
outcomes for parents and students served.

Inform CDE management of the Student Reengagement Grant (SRG)
program: Identify service and support needs for technical assistance and
identify actions taken to sustain your program

Make improvements to SEES: Based on your troubleshooting questions and
suggestions, we can work on improvements to the system

Meet the statutory requirement by preparing to complete the End-of-Year
grant survey

SEES
 SEES is the same evaluation system that has been used for
other Dropout Prevention and Student Re-engagement
(DPSR) grants you may have received.
 All SRG grantees will be required to use this system to fill out
their survey.
 Login to SEES  from your district LAM
 Note: Firefox is the best browser to use with SEES
How to Access SEES
Step 1
• Your district LAM (Local Access Manager) will need to provide you with
access to the SEES system https://cdeapps.cde.state.co.us/index.html
(select “request for assistance”)
Step 2
• Once you have identified your LAM and received access to SEES, test your
login by going to https://cdeapps.cde.state.co.us/index.html (select
“Student Engagement Evaluation System”)
Step 3
• Change your log in information…
• Username: email
• Password: click on the ‘forgot my password’ to reset it
*Note: Log ins are reserved for grant coordinators.
