Bartender/Security: All packages above include: 1 (or 2) Bartender(s) for up to 4 hours, additional security officer for up to 5 hours (required from
guest arrival until event completion), high-quality disposable cups, ice and mixers. Tip Jar: 20% gratuity added to beverage package total for events
without a tip jar
Mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Club Soda, Tonic, Sour Mix, Grenadine, Orange & Cranberry juice (The Luxe will stock a quantity of mixers sufficient
for mixing drinks, but not to serve as the primary beverage. The client should also provide drinks for their guests.)
To keep your cost affordable, The Luxe will provide the above package for your event. You can pay for additional bottles during your event (if available)
OR you can transition to a cash bar should you need more beverage service. There are no additional fees to transition to a cash bar if the bartender and
security have already been paid. The day of the event, The Luxe Event Boutique reserves the right to substitute these brands with its equivalent if not
already pre-purchased. The client will be notified prior to substitutions.

MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS
Cocktail Option: 2 hours of unlimited bar service based on your GUEST COUNT (based on room setup count). Bartender and
additional security included.
$6.50 per person for beer and wine only (includes 4 wine types, 2 domestic and 2 imported beer types of your choice)
$8.50 per person for (includes 4 wine types, 2 domestic beer and 2 imported beer types of your choice PLUS GOLD options)
$10.50 per person for (includes 4 wine types, 2 domestic beer and 2 imported beer types of your choice PLUS GOLD and
PLATINUM options).
****NOTE: Industry average is between $18.00 - $28.00 per person depending on alcohol type****
FROZEN MARGARITAS: The margarita machine with 4.5 gallons of traditional flavored margarita rents for $275 plus tax. This
will serve about 70 8oz. margaritas. Each additional 4.5 gallon batch is $175 plus tax. This includes the mixed frozen margarita
mix/tequila, cart, high-quality plastic cups, salt and napkins. This price does NOT include bartender or additional security
because many clients want to add this on to an existing bar order. Make it Top Shelf by adding Patron, Grand Marnier and/or
Crown Apple for additional $70 per bottle.

Bartender: $25/hour with a tip jar (minimum 3 hours), Add 20% gratuity for events without a tip jar
Additional security: $15/hr (minimum 3 hours). Required from guest arrival until event completion
CHAMPAGNE ONLY (for toasts): $2.50 per person without glasses, $3 per person with champagne glasses. No bartender is required
with this option, but The Luxe Event Boutique’s TABC certified attendant will manage distribution.
SIGNATURE DRINKS AND CUSTOM BARS: Martini Bars, Wine Bar, Mimosa Bar, etc. Glassware available. Prices vary.

CASH BAR ONLY: Cash Bar for up to 125 guests requires $160.00 payment to cover bartender for 4 hours and additional security for
5 hours (required from guest arrival until event completion). Cash Bar for 150 guests or more requires a $260.00 payment to cover
bartender for 4 hours and additional security for 5 hours (required from guest arrival until event completion). Add 20% gratuity added to
bartender fee for events without a tip jar.
Estimating alcohol needs: standard consumption is 1 drink per person per hour. Ex: 100 guests x 3 hour event = 300 drinks.
Consider the number of drinkers (this may be different from your GUEST COUNT) AND the type of alcohol your guests like.
Outside liquor and alcoholic beverages are prohibited and there is a penalty of damage deposit forfeiture and event cancellation for
non-compliance. All alcohol is to be provided and dispensed (unless stated above) exclusively by The Luxe Event Boutique staff. No
consumption bars, all alcohol is to be purchased in advance. No refunds. It is illegal to remove TABC stamped/registered alcohol from
the premises.
Sales Tax: 8.25% on hosted bar, beverages and staff
To ensure timely delivery, all beverage packages are to be finalized 30 days prior to the event.
