For the 2011 Calendar year all affiliation fees are payable to the ITTA

Affiliation fees will be used to fund various ITTA projects as well as to provide funding directly to
the Provincial Branches.

Please make cheque or bank draft payable to “Irish Table Tennis Association Limited” and post to
“I.T.T.A., SportHQ, 13 Joyce Way, Park West, Dublin 12”. Please do not send cash.

It is very important that you complete all sections on the form including email address. This will
enable us to contact you with information regarding the Association.

Completed forms with fee should be received by 31st Dec 2011

Players who are registered with a school or 3rd Level Institution are entitled to play school and 3rd
level institution competitions, subject to specific eligibility requirements for each competition.
Players with schools affiliation can also enter the STIGA ITTA Junior Challenger Series. If a player
wishes to play in any other ITTA event then they must be registered as an individual member. An
individual membership form is available on the ITTA website www.irishtabletennis.com

