Information: Course Fees must be paid up front, if you are having your course paid for,
then you must submit a signed letter from the organisation/club on letter headed paper
confirming they will be paying your course fee and this must be sent with your application
form otherwise the form will be returned.

 Club must be affiliated to Durham County FA
 Club must have a signed off and fully completed FA Charter Standard Club
Health Check (Coach must be added to Club Records through Member Services)
 All application forms for a bursary must be co-signed by a club secretary,
otherwise application form will be returned.
 If candidates fails to complete course, FULL COST will be charged
 The full course fee must be paid within 3mths from the start date otherwise the
FULL COST will be incurred.

Getting your
If you need to cancel your attendance on the course you should
inform Durham FA immediately. All our courses are in demand
and by not advising us you are preventing another candidate
from attending.
If you are a League Official, Club Official, Referee, Coach
and/or Player it is extremely likely you have a FAN already.
