First or two best players of each pool Draw will continue to the main draw to be played in knock-out system, otherwise a knock-out draw will be done. Seeding and draw will be done by the organizers. Eligible to play - Foreign players have to be member of an association affiliated to the BWF. - Cyprus players – members of the Cyprus Badminton Federation. Doubles: € 10 per player, per event. Entry fee Draw Payment must be done in cash at the TM briefing before the start of the competition on Thursday morning. Place and time will be announced later. The Member Association that enters a player/pair into a BEC Junior Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player/pair. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn by the Member Association by midnight local time on the closing date. The draw will be carried out on 21/10/2014 in accordance with BWF regulations. Continuous play, Misconduct & penalties 16.2 Intervals 16.2.1 not exceeding 60 seconds, only in the fifth game, when the leading score reaches 6 points and 16.2.2 not exceeding 120 seconds between the first and second games, second and third games, third and fourth games, and fourth and fifth games shall be allowed in all matches Please note only the variation to the regular laws in this system are included in Appendix 3 (wording above).
