1 female (*participants could be any company representatives, even who are not
employed by this company but should have necessary qualification/training for this
type of tournament).

Event concept
• Moldovan Tennis Federation continues beautiful tradition of a
good deeds through the social and charity events of a sports
nature. Our activities are designed to raise awareness among
citizens about social problems, they also promote sports and
healthy lifestyle.
• This time, together with NGO ”Save Life” we offer you a new
amateur tennis tournament, which is open for your company
representatives. The tournament includes a team competition.
Team members: one man and one woman. Participants will
compete in the men's singles, women's singles and mixed doubles.
• The tournament involves fundraising in order to help sick
children. (Below you can read stories of the children who urgently
need help).
• Participation in the charity tennis tournament will strengthen
team spirit in your company and will help with the team building.
The purpose of funds
Vlada was born December 23, 2013 in the village of Chetroasa. A month after
her birth, during a regular medical control a doctor heard a heart murmur. The
girl was examined and diagnosed with congenital heart disease. Tetralogy of
Fallot (TOF). She needs an operation in Kiev Cardiology Center. Mandatory
diagnostic procedures, surgery and treatment is 5 886 Euro
Thaisya is only 2,5 y.o. At birth she was diagnosed with pathology both hands. On the right
hand on the big finger she has phalanges, the left hand is curved with the same pathology. Her
parents identified specialists in St. Petersburg, in the Turner clinic. The operation was made
there, for what was collected 87 000 RUR. Mom and Dad are hoping that the next operation of
opposition of the right thumb will be held with the same success as the first one. The operation
cost is 165 600 RUR. For the operation parents and relatives gathered only 16 000 MDL. We
need to collect for Thaisya 43 700 MDL.
Eugen was just 1.5 y.o when his parents realized that the boy did not respond to
sounds. Doctor audiologist diagnosed Deep Bilateral Hypoacusis. Eugen do not hear
anything. The only chance for him is a cochlear transplant. Implant for one ear costs
18 000 USD, plus the cost of the operation is 3850 USD. Total cost of operations is 21
850 USD.
Conditions of Participation
• Each participating company may delegate to the tournament
a man and a woman who will compete individually in men’s
and women’s singles competition and then together in the
mixed doubles.
• In order to keep the fairness and the spirit of "Fair Play"
among all teams participants don’t have to be professional
players .
• Before the start of the competition each team will be given
one free training (one month before the tournament).
* On request, you may get additional training at a special price (for further
information please contact organizers of the tournament).
Forms of contribution
• Registration fee for the companies – minimum 7000 lei (*we’ll be very grateful for
any additional donations).
• You can take advantage of the opportunity and purchase one of the
sponsorship packages of the event that will help you to promote your
company or your brand.

• Table reservations for «Charity Gala» – closing and awards ceremony of the
tournament (* reservation fees will be provided later, after the place of the closing ceremony
will be determined).
• We can manufacture individual sports apparel for your team (T-shirt +
headwear) – 1000 lei (* Additionally, you can order and other clothing, tennis rackets,
accessories).
• You can purchase supplies sets for the fans (* these sets will include t-shirts, caps,
balloons, souvenirs and etc.) - 2000 lei;
* Timely production of sports equipment for the athletes and/or fans is possible
only if you place your order no later than 1 month before the start of the
tournament, before March 21, 2015!
* Methods of payment of the registration fee and reservation fee, procurement
of the sports equipment, additional donations could be discussed with the
event organizers.
Promotion

• Along with the main noble purpose of your participation in
this tournament – to help seriously ill children – organizers
offer to the participating companies a comprehensive
program on promotion of their brands and company
names.
• This event will have good media coverage in our country
and on the websites. Thus we hope to involve many people
in the tournament, who are mindful to the problems of our
society and want to be part of the great good deed.
• Info coverage of the tournament and its goals will be
focused on promoting healthy lifestyles, child protection,
possible positive impacts on our society and, of course,
charity promotion.
• Each participating company can perform its own
fundraising among the clients and friends of the company,
which will be used for the implementation of the common
goal. In this regard will be developed an extensive program
to promote them using social networks.
• Thus, combination of sport, healthy lifestyle, and charity,
we'll give smiles and joy to sick children and help them
become happier and healthier.

• Moldavian Tennis Federation is a noncommercial organization that
promotes the interests of Moldavian tennis players, contributing to the
development and popularization of tennis at all social levels. Our main
concern is creating favorable training conditions for our players, assuring
their free access to the European and World Championships and
Tournaments. Also we organize tournaments and championships in
Moldova.

• In 2011, MTF began a new stage in its work, reflected by a firm attitude
and an objective approach towards Federation’s operational techniques.
All the successful accomplishments from the sports field and the
administrative level, were instantly appreciated everywhere in the tennis
world, both at national and international levels. We maintained and
developed existing programs, but also we initiated some new programs
and activities.

• Since 2013, the Tennis Federation has been actively involved in social and
charity projects in order to improve Moldovan society. Talking about
helping children from orphanages, from socially vulnerable families, sick
children, the Federation in cooperation with the partners of each project
along with the participation in charity, also is taking lead in promoting
healthy lifestyle and sports.

The Social Charity Organization «Save a life» was founded in 2010,
with the main purpose of fundraising and the following accurate
distribution of the donated funds on treatment of seriously ill
children. Although, “Save life” is a fairly young organization, they
already helped 114 children, suffering from various diseases.
As well NGO "Save a Life" is supporting children departments of the
Moldovan Institute of Oncology and burns unit of the Republican
Clinic E.Kotsaga.
Events, organized by "Save Life" are dedicated not only to the
specific children, who are struggling with serious illnesses, but also to
the purpose of philanthropy development in our country in general.
On the website of the organization you can always find information
about children who need help at the moment and those who was
rescued already. Main principals of the organization are
transparency of the financial activity and the trust. Therefore, all
donations, remittances and funds transfers to the clinics are reflected
in the “Reports” section.
Since sport and health are inseparable, in 2013 NGO "Save Life"
began a fruitful collaboration with the Moldovan Tennis Federation.
Federation took an active part in many charity events and projects,
thus expressing their civil attitude and contributing to the
development of philanthropy in our country.
All the results, that we have achieved, would be impossible without
help of people who are not indifferent to the fate of our children.
