“Scratch and Win” Contest Rules and Regulations
1. Contest Period and Eligibility
The “Scratch and Win” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) commences on or about August
1, 2016 at 10:00am (ET) to September 11, 2016 at 11:59pm (ET) or while supplies last.
No purchase necessary. The Contest is open to all Canadian residents, excluding representatives,
employees and franchisees of Mr. Souvlaki Restaurant, MTY Tiki Ming Enterprises Inc. and wholly and
partially owned subsidiaries of MTY Tiki Ming Enterprises Inc, the judges and persons with whom any of
the aforementioned are domiciled.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with these rules (the “Official Contest Rules”) on or
before October 23rd, 2016 at 11:59pm (ET) (the “Contest Closing Date”). The Contest is open to all
Canadian residents who reside in the Provinces of Ontario. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Participate
Customers who purchase any item at Mr. Souvlaki may receive a Scratch & Win card at participating Mr.
Souvlaki locations in the Provinces of Ontario. This offer is limited to one scratch card per person per
purchase.
To obtain a randomly selected Mr. Souvlaki Scratch & Win scratch card without purchase, while supplies
last, send a request with a self-addressed return envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Mr. Souvlaki
Scratch & Win Contest, 2 East Beaver Creek Rd., Building One, Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 2N3, which
must be received no later than September 11th, 2016 at 5:00pm (ET) for timely processing and return.
All requests must include a self-addressed, stamped return envelope (the requesting individual must
ensure sufficient return postage is provided, failing which requests will not be honoured.) All return
envelopes provided must bear an address identical to that on the original outer-envelope in which the
request was delivered, and return envelopes must be addressed manually, handwritten in ink, failing
which requests will not be honoured. A single, randomly selected Mr. Souvlaki Scratch & Win scratch card
will be returned in the self-addressed stamped envelope while supplies last. A limit of one request per
envelope received (one request per person) in this regard. Envelope received with multiple requests or
multiple envelopes or requests will not be honoured.
3. Contest Scratch Cards
A total of 7,000 scratch cards have been produced for this Contest. These will be available for distribution
on or about August 1st, 2016 at 10:00am (ET) to September 11th, 2016 at 11:59pm (ET) or while
supplies last, whichever occurs first. Mr. Souvlaki Scratch & Win scratch card will be distributed within the
following regions:

4. Instant Win Prizes to be won:
7,000 scratch cards will be circulated containing the following Instant Win prizes and corresponding prize
message on the scratch card, to be redeemed in accordance with Paragraph 5 of these Official Contest
Rules. Quantity of prizes and odds of winning diminish as prizes are claimed.

5. Instant Win Prizes and How to Redeem
In order to be eligible to claim a Mr. Souvlaki Food prize, present the scratch card to any participating
Mr. Souvlaki locations by October 23rd, 2016 at 11:59pm (ET).
General
1. This contest is conducted by Mr. Souvlaki a registered trademark of MTY Tiki Ming Enterprise Inc. and
is open to all residents of Ontario except employees, representatives and agents (and persons with whom
they are domiciled and members of their immediate family) and their respective affiliates, associates,
licensees, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and contest judges.
2. Prizes are non-transferable (unless otherwise stated by the promotional partner), cannot be
substituted, cannot be converted to cash, have no cash surrender value, and must be accepted as
awarded subject to the following: Mr. Souvlaki reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a
prize with one of equivalent or greater value for any reason. Mr. Souvlaki reserves the right to withdraw,
amend or terminate this contest at anytime without prior notice. Taxes, if any, are the winner’s
responsibility.
3. If any individual under the age of majority in his/her province of residence wins a prize, the prize will be
awarded to the parent, legal guardian or other authorized representative of such person who must accept
the prize on the individual’s behalf and must also sign a consent and release satisfactory to the Released
Parties. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize.
4. If, due to a printing, production or other error, more than the specified number of prizes are printed or
claimed, only the number and type of prizes as contemplated by these rules will be awarded. Upon
discovery of such error, all prize fulfilment will cease and a random draw from amongst all eligible claims
received by October 23rd, 2016 will take place on October 24th, 2016 before the end of the business day,
to select entrant(s) to receive the remainder of the prizes specified by the rules.
5. Scratch cards that contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors are
automatically void. Liability for such scratch cards is limited to replacement with another scratch card,
while supplies last.
6. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Decisions of the contest
judges are final and binding on all entrants with respect to all aspects of the contest. Promotion is void
where prohibited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
7. All scratch cards and Prize Claims become the property of Mr. Souvlaki for any and all purposes and
will not be returned. All scratch cards shall be subject to verification and shall be null and void if they are
found to have been obtained outside legitimate channels of distribution or are illegible, forged, not
original, defaced, altered, mutilated or tampered with in any way or not obtained in accordance with these

contest rules. Mr. Souvlaki shall not be in any way responsible for scratch cards or Prize Claims which
are late, delayed, stolen, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, forged, lost or destroyed, or have been
altered, reproduced or forged, in the opinion of the judges. All such scratch cards and Prize Claims will
be declared void. Scratch cards and Prize Claim forms received after October 23rd, 2016 are null and
void and are not eligible to receive a prize.
