COTGRAVE SURGERY Newsletter Autumn 2011 STAFF WELCOME Drs Naidoo, Hewer & Lomatschinksy We now have three new GP’s at the surgery at present. Both Dr Vas Naidoo and Dr Chris Hewer are salaried GP’s and Dr Natalia Lomatschinsky is currently with us as a GP Registrar. All three will be with us for one year. MESSAGE OF THANKS TO PATIENTS AND STAFF FROM DR SIMON HOLMES I was very moved by all the kind words so many of you made in person and also by the many cards and gifts that I received and the donations made to my retirement gift. Jane Richards the Surgery Manager arranged a special stay at a Nottingham hotel for me and my wife Denise and further donations provided a gourmet meal and also a beautiful Dartington crystal decanter with a very good bottle of wine which was very much enjoyed. I will miss Cotgrave, my GP colleagues and all the Belvoir Health Group staff and other NHS staff who work at the Health Centre. It does not seem possible that thirty four years have passed so quickly, but that’s what happens when you enjoy what you do and feel it is so worthwhile and valued by others. I wish all of you good health and the best for the future. I leave your health in the very capable hands of the doctors and staff who I know are all first class. CLINICAL SAMPLE COLLECTIONS Clinical samples are collected daily from the surgery. These are at 11am every morning. Second collections are only available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 2pm. If you have samples that need to be collected please ensure that they are brought to us before these times as they are collected promptly.
