No entry will be accepted for a doubles event unless form and
appropriate fees are received from both competitors.
Neither DCBA or The Thornaby Pavilion Leisure Centre can be held
responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained by
competitors, spectators or others attending the Tournament.
Players are advised to make sure personal property is clearly marked.
ACCEPTANCE/INFORMATION will be by E-mail.

venue details will appear on the Durham County BA
website www.durhambadminton.co.uk from 12th June.
Whilst this is a BADMINTON England Sanctioned Tournament,
only Gradings will be awarded.

Entry fees: Boys Singles & Doubles £15.00 per player per event
Girls Singles & Doubles £14.00 per player per event.
Mixed Doubles £13.00 per player
Conditions
1. Entries are restricted to those Under 17 on the first day of January
2015 (Born in 1998 or later)
2. Insert your initials against any event you wish to enter. In the case
of the doubles enter your partners name.
3. The Committee will endeavour to find a partner for doubles events,
provided you enclose the entry fee for that event. This will be
refunded if a partner cannot be provided.
4. Cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Durham County
Badminton Association
5. Clothing must meet Badminton England’s Tournament Regulations
6. Competitors will be notified of their report times. If they are not
available when called to play, they will be scratched.
7. A fee of £10 is payable if an entry is cancelled. Players must inform
the referee at least 36 hours before the start of play or the whole
fee will be forfeit. Refunds will only be considered if applied for in
writing within 14 days after the tournament.
8. Yehlex Premiership Feathered Shuttles will be used.
9. Awards will be made to Winners and Runners-up.
10. The tournament will be run in accordance with BADMINTON
England’s Tournament Regulations.
11. All players must be Members of BADMINTON England.
12. The Referee's decision on all matters will be final.
