Internet and submit the required Entry information. Only one entry per person is
allowed. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the
entry of false contact information or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage,
directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries will be disqualified. Anyone using
fraudulent means to participate and/or win the contest will be disqualified. ANY
ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION
OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.

Midwest Events, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or
prematurely conclude a contest should any computer virus, malfunction, fraud,
tampering, unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond their control corrupt the
administration, security or proper operation of the contest.
In the event a contest is canceled prematurely for any reason, Midwest Events, LLC will
use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate winner, but in the event an alternate winner
cannot be determined, the prize(s) will not be awarded.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD IN ORDER
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DRAWING. "Valid Entries" are completed entries that are
received during the Entry Period. Entry of drawing for any prize offered by Midwest
Events, LLC through its website requires the acceptance of a cookie. If you do not allow
cookies to be accepted via appropriate browser settings, you will not be allowed to enter
said drawing.
Conditions of Entry: Valid entries must be submitted via the online method as described
above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with
these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entries will be deemed
to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. Photo ID
may be required as indicated on individual Entry page in order to claim prizes. All entries
become the property of Midwest Events, LLC. Neither Midwest Events, LLC, its

transcription of Entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions,
lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of

or online service or any other error or malfunction or late, lost illegible or misdirected
entries.
Eligibility: By entering into and participating in these drawings, each entrant agrees to be
bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible and physically fit to
participate in this contest, and is at least 18 years of age by the date of entry (some
contests may require being 21 years of age by the date of entry). By accepting a prize, the
winner agrees to release Midwest Events, LLC, midwestevents.com, its staff, its
advertisers, its affiliates, its sponsors, Final Stretch and their directors, employees,
officers, agents, and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages
arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize
or participation in any prize-related activities, and claims based on publicity rights,
defamation or invasion of privacy, any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or death
including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, any
contest, including entry and participation in any contest and acceptance, possession, use
or misuse of the prizes.
By participating in this drawing, entrants agree that Minnesota courts shall have
jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising form or relating to this drawing and that
venue shall be only in St. Paul, MN. Further, all winners agree that their image and/or
likeness and name and email and city name, may be used in the promotion of future
drawings and/or Midwest Events, LLC contests and promotions, with no further
compensation being due to said winner. Employees of Midwest Events, LLC, Final
Stretch and its respective affiliated companies, divisions, subsidiaries and promotion
agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household
are not eligible to participate in the drawings. Midwest Events, LLC reserves the right in
its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the drawings should viruses, bugs or other causes
beyond the control of Midwest Events, LLC corrupt the administration, security or proper
play of the contest.
Selection of Winner: Midwest Events, LLC will determine which entries are Valid
Entries and whether the entries otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth
herein ("Eligible Entries"). Midwest Events, LLC will randomly draw the winner(s) from
all of the Eligible Entries. Midwest Events, LLC will be the sole judge of which entries
are Eligible Entries and its decision and drawing will be final. The winner(s) will be
notified by e-mail using the information provided on such winner's Entry. Midwest
Events, LLC is not responsible for misdirected or corrupted e-mail addresses that prohibit
a person from entering the contest or that prevent Midwest Events, LLC from identifying
or contacting a winner. Should a winning entrant not respond to e-mail notification of
selection within the time indicated in the notification, the winner forfeits its eligibility to
win and Midwest Events, LLC, in its sole discretion, may select an alternate winner.

Prize: Any expense not specifically stated as being included in the prize is the sole
responsibility of the winner. Midwest Events, LLC reserves the right to substitute the
prize with a similar prize. The winner may not transfer or substitute the prize. A winner
may not receive cash redemption equal to the value of the prize in lieu of the prize.
Federal, state and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole
responsibility of the prize winner. Prize sponsors may impose additional restrictions
regarding redemption. For example, entry may not be transferable.
