The profile actions available for use can be restricted by position. The profile actions available for each position are defined by the facility. None Bypass actions selected in error. Accept Verify an order without review. Copy Use an existing discontinued order as a template to create a new order. Discontinue Discontinue an order. History Review all action and dispensing history for an order. Inquire Review details for an existing order. Intervene Clinical intervention on an order. Label Generate labels as required. Modify Modify an order. Reject Refuse verification without review. Renew Renew an order that has an existing stop date for a new period. Reschedule Adjust the administration times. Resume Restart an order with a suspended status Suspend Hold an order. Remove Remove an action prior to submitting. Verify Review, modify, and accept or reject unverified orders. Communication types to use in PharmNet by Pharmacy staff Without cosign With cosign required Fax (this would include passmeds, etc) Telephone with Readback Verbal with Readback Signed Paper Order (this would include passmeds, downtime orders, etc) Pharmacist Authorized (this could include our medical directives, pharmacy to dose, autosubs, etc) Electronic (this would be if you are reentering an order that was already received electronically but needed to adjust it in pharmNet) Communication types to use in PowerChart by Pharmacy staff BUT they all still need to be verified in PharmNet Pharmacist Suggestion (for use with PHARM-Suggested Orders.
