CZECH INTERNATIONAL MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP 2017

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAYERS
1. Players have to register at the recep on and pay the entry fee in cash before commencing
the first round. The entry fee amounts to 900 CZK (or 40 EUR). Players will receive scorecard
for the first qualifica on round, informa on package, local rules and the current edi on of the
CGF Hard Card.
2. Scorecard for the second qualifica on round as well as Pin Posi ons for both rounds will the
players receive at the first tee.
3- A er each round the players have to return the completed and signed score cards at the
designated recording area immediately (within 20 minutes at the latest). Players shall bring
their score cards personally so that any poten al rules issues can be se led. To avoid mistakes
it is advisable that players sum up the total result on the score card (though he/she is not
responsible for the correctness of the sum) and check their scores on the score board
a erwards. The recording area is located in the recep on and is dis nc vely marked. Once the
player leaves the recording area his/her score card is deemed to be returned.
4. The qualifica on is deemed to be closed once the draw for the match play phase commences.
5. In the Match Play phase the players will receive both the scorecard and Pin Posi ons at the
first tee.
6. The Match Play result must contain dis nc vely stated final score, indica on of the winner
and signatures of both players. The result (card) shall be reported (returned) at the recep on
desk or handed over to the chief referee of the championship.
7. If the match stands All Square through 18 holes it is prolonged by as many holes as necessary
to iden fy the winner, commencing from the hole No 1 as in the s pulated round.
8. In all compe on rounds there will be refreshment (1 pcs of fruit and 2 bo les of water)
available at the first tee. No refreshment is being provided during the prac ce round.
Other boarding is up to the individual players.
