As the Parent / Teacher Conferences are approaching, the Spanish Department at Saint Andrew School is delighted with the way the new academic year has started – the students are highly motivated, receptive, and participative and the effort and good work of last year is showing. We feel that the partnership between Saint Andrew School and Instituto Cervantes is working especially well and that the students are benefiting from it greatly. The Spanish teachers at Saint Andrew School feel proud of the excellent work that the students are doing, which reflects in the progress they have made. They are looking forward to continuing their work with the community of students, teachers, and administrators of Saint Andrew School this year. During these months, students may want to review some of the concepts that we are covering in the classroom. Websites can be a particularly useful resource for students who want to get some more exposure to Spanish and are definitively an excellent way to keep their language skills alive during the summer. For this reason, the Spanish Department has put together a list of some Spanish websites that students can use for independent practice. All of these websites are free and have different Spanish activities of differing levels. Please see the links below. Have a great year! ¡Feliz otoño!
