My Teams Home Page
You can click the ‘pencil’ icon to change anything or add anything on your team.
Click the ‘roster’ icon to add players to your team.
Click Roster
Here you can add players, view players, print your roster, print your player profile, etc.
(First and Last names must match what is on the Blue Roster)
For teams U15 and above, each player (or their parent) will need an email address as players will be providing
additional information via their parents or the player themselves. Team managers will need to coordinate which
email to use for their rostered players. For teams U14 and below; all that is required is the player name, position
and jersey number.
Click ‘add a player’ to set your team roster.
Teams of U15 and above players will have an email from US Youth Soccer automatically generated to the player
email account you provided that allows the player to add their personal information, specifically college
information. Let your players/parents know to expect this email from US Youth Soccer. Players that confirm their
information will show a green checkmark in the confirmation section. You can resend the confirmation email to
the players by clicking the ‘resend player confirmation email’ link.
NOTE – Team Managers if you prefer to complete the individual player profiles, use your email address for each
player. When you receive the player emails from the system, login with your Team Manager user name and
password. If a player would like to take over the account, we can make that change for you.
Please include player Date of Birth (DOB) and Registration numbers.
Once your roster is complete, you will wait for a confirmation email from your State Representative to finalize the
process. After receiving this email, you will log in and finalize your team for the regional event, including your
Regional Tournament Roster and any Regional Tournament Specific information, such as your local hotel
information while at the event.
For future regional tournaments, or nationals for example, you will no longer need to complete this registration
process above. You will wait for a state or regional representative to invite you to the regional or national
tournament.
