school time show rental rates (2004-2005)

SCHOOL TIME SHOW RENTAL RATES (2017-2018)
For all school time/fieldtrip events at the Mayo Performing Arts Center during weekdays, the following
rates will apply:
$1,750 – for one performance in one day. Includes use of facility, heat/electricity, sound engineer,
lighting designer, house manager and existing installed stage lighting and basic stage set-up. Any
requests for changes in basic set-up of stage and theatre could result in additional labor and
equipment charges.
$2,500 – for two performances in one day.
*Rates Subject to Change without Notice. Additional fees may apply.
Additional fees include:
- Sound System rental – Minimum $250 quote available by request
- Union Stagehands, A minimum of two (2) stage hands are required for each performance
and/or rehearsal. Fee will be charged as part of settlement.– additional if needed will be based
on agreement with crew provider. quote available by request
- Follow Spots - $150 per
- Stage Risers (4’x8’) - $50 per
- Box office fees, if applicable – quote available by request
- Bus Parking fee - $165, no increase for two events in the same day.
- Crew Meal - $12.50 per crew member, (2 minimum) if there is a second show scheduled in the
same day.
REHEARSAL RENTAL RATES (2017-2018)
For any and all rehearsals to take place at the Mayo Performing Arts Center on a non-show day,
please refer to the full facility rental rates sheet.
