•  Take a copy of these instructions with you
•  Practice various data collection modes
•  Collect as many objects as you like
–  Logical not chaotic thinking
–  Try to collect at minimum 50 objects covering defined features
–  Include at least three line and area objects as well

Basic guidelines for GIS/GNSS data
collection
•  Make sure the handheld device is clear of your body
–  How the location of Finland influences the data collection
•  Collect good GNSS measurements for 30-60 seconds
before and after collecting a feature whenever is possible
•  Use Log Now / Log Later functions to pause and/or
resume logging when appropriate
•  Minimize constellation changes
