TEAM INFORMATION

Welcome to the lead up to the [insert competition i.e. Eire Cup (AC) or Inter State Shield (GC)
and the Year]. Here are the things you need to know to get us on the way to confidence and
success.
1.
Please fill in the attached Player Info sheet re contact information, your next of kin
and special medical information.
2.
Attached is the list of practices and venues.
3.
We will collaborate on accommodation choices prior to my booking it. I will book
accommodation for the Team, please let me know if your spouse/partner will be
staying with you during the Team Event. Accommodation will be in one or two
bedroom units; let me know your preference. Please do not book independently
for the duration of the Team Event.
4.
Please let me know if you are available to share driving responsibilities.
5.
Please let me know your Flight Numbers and travel times for each travel leg. You
are responsible for travel to and from airports. Depending on flight times and car
rental arrangements some transport to and from airports may be available.
6.
Playing Uniform is as follows…..etc. I will order 2 shirts, provided by CAQ. Tracksuit
available from Lida Sports at your expense.
7.
Dress Uniform for Presentation Event is as follows…..etc. Blazer available from
Skoola, $100 rebate from CAQ, present Invoice. Can borrow blazer from a previous
player, CAQ Office has some available for loan.
8.
CAQ will pay you an allowance (See By-Law 64), you will pay all travelling expenses,
accommodation and living costs. CAQ will reimburse bus travel from non-Brisbane
home to airport and return from airport to non-Brisbane home.
9.
There is a Welcome Event (no charge) at …..etc. and a Team Presentation Event at
….etc.
10. Please let me know of any special dietary or other requirements that would
optimise your enjoyment and performance during the Event.
11. Please send me any feedback about any aspect of the lead up and the Event which
you consider might be helpful.
