ICASL 2016, Keelung, Taiwan Sharing Economics and the innovation of Asian shipping and logistics industry ICASL is an annual international event devoted to shipping and logistics studies. It aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, policy makers, specialists, and practitioners working in port, shipping, aviation transportation and logistics. We are expecting a wide range of attendances from Asia-Pacific and other overseas regions to this coming event. It is our great pleasure to invite all of you to the 9th International Conference of Asian Shipping and Logistics (ICASL 2016) to be held from July6- Juy9, 2016 in Keelung, Taiwan. The Conference will be jointly organized by Korean Association of Shipping and Logistics, Inc. and The National Taiwan Ocean University. The theme of 2016 conference is “Sharing Economics and the innovation of Asian shipping and logistics industry”. Sub-issues are sharing economics related issues in the Asian countries, Collaboration and alliances in Maritime shipping related issues, Supply chain management and logistics related issues, Sea Transport and Transportation Technology related issues, Recent Trends and Future Perspectives for logistics and sea 1 transport related issues in resources sharing. We welcome the full-papers or the first draft on all aspects of shipping and logistics that are in line with the Journal’s aims and scope.
