LSE Volunteering Fair

LSE Volunteering Fair
Tuesday 6th October 2009
Welcome to the LSE Volunteering Fair. The fair is a great
way to gather information and meet with representatives
from organisations you would be interested in
volunteering with.
This fair is designed to give you a time-efficient way of
meeting a wide range of organisations – both well-known
international charities as well as locally-based community
organisations. By having a large variety of organisations
represented, we hope that regardless of whether your
interests lie in geography or First Aid, or whether you
want to develop your skills in research or leadership, you
will be able to find an opportunity that strikes your fancy
and fits your schedule. Volunteering your time and giving
back to your community can be highly rewarding and
enrich your overall university experience, and it can also
help you develop skills that will form the building blocks of
your future career.
Visit the Volunteer Centre website at
www.lse.ac.uk/volunteercentre for further information on
volunteering and to sign up for regular volunteering email
updates.
