AmCham Membership QUESTIONNAIRE
At the request of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic, GfK Slovakia
is conducting a survey of the AmCham membership to obtain members' perception of the
Chamber’s activities and their future expectations. Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you
to assist us with the survey by filling in the following questionnaire. As the survey results will
have an impact on the activities and future development of AmCham Slovakia, your opinions
and experiences are of great interest and importance to us.
