Here’s what we are looking for:

Our Guest Service Agents KNOW they are the first impression our guests will experience and do
everything they can with a friendly welcome and efficient registration to start things off right. They
support and assist our guests with any needs they might have during their stay.

Our Guest Service Agents work in a fast-paced lobby and face new challenges every day, while
carrying out duties that include: welcoming and registering guests, making and modifying
reservations, maintaining and stocking the lobby, and continuously communicating room
information to other team members.

Our Guest Service Agents have a positive and upbeat attitude, a sense of humour and really care
about our guests and each other. They multi-task all the time, are detail-oriented and are
excellent problem solvers.

Our Guest Service Agents are important members of our team; they leave positive, lasting

Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Physical Requirements:

Degree, diploma, or experience in Hotel Management, Tourism or Hospitality an asset

Able to multi-task and work well under pressure

Able to use computers and communication equipment

Able to stand for long periods of time and stay alert

Strong command of written and spoken English

Demonstrated ability to be outgoing, open, and really enjoy providing service to the public

A healthy sense of humour and a can-do attitude
