NOTE: No pictures will be included for Quarter Page Ads. There is no additional charge for ads
with pictures (black & white or color). However, please make sure the pictures are of good quality
as this will affect the ability to be copied. We would prefer pictures that do not have to be returned.
Also, legibly type or print and include any information/wording that you would like to include in the
ad. Pages may be submitted in camera ready format or with just a picture and other information to
be formatted by the journal’s printer. Please verify and ensure that the information you include on
your “camera-ready” ad is accurate with regards to spelling. If you desire to submit more than one
ad, please use a separate contract for each ad.
