St. Benedict’s Cricket Golf Day

Dear Parents and Golfers
Our St. Benedict’s Cricket Golf Day will take place at the Glendower Golf Club on
Friday 20th September 2013
We are anticipating a FULL field of 128 golfers – 32 x fourballs. In addition to this, the boys who play
golf and their friends will be playing in a 9-hole competition behind the main field. Maximum of 40 boys
in total can be accommodated for this event @ R100 per player.
We would like to invite you to be part of this special event as it is guaranteed to be a fun filled and
exciting day – and at the same time you will be assisting the school to raise much needed funds for the
Cricket Department.
Opportunities exist for individuals/companies to receive exposure through two areas:
1) Sponsorship of a hole on the course whereby banners may be displayed on the specific hole (tee
and green) that you have sponsored and distribution or promotion of product/services may be
done on the tee (beginning of hole) of your chosen hole.
The sponsorship rates are as follows:
Putting green
Prime holes 1st and 10th
All remaining holes
R3 000.00
R2 500.00 each
R1 000.00 each
2) We are also appealing for sponsorship of prizes for the day, should you or your company be in a
position to donate prizes (2 of the same prize) it would be greatly appreciated.
