The EagleEyes technology was designed for
people with severe disabilities, those who cannot
speak and can reliably only move their eyes. The
program, intended primarily for children and
young adults with cerebral palsy, congenital brain
disorder or traumatic brain injury, allows them to
control the computer by using their eyes as a
mouse. The program is available at the Boston
College Campus School and through The
Opportunity Foundation of America. Application

NATIONWIDE: Lift, Inc. is a nonprofit

persons with disabilities. It also provides individual

TENNESSEE: CCM provides refurbished
computers to individuals with special needs, so
that they can make positive steps in job skills and
personal training. The organization also has a
Learning Center, which offers classes regarding
PC's and different types of software packages.

install Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft
Works software on eligible refurbished computers,
provided these computers are supplied to eligible

through these organizations or local Technology
Access Programs (TAP’s). MAR’s also accept

NATIONWIDE: This non-profit organization is
involved in the management of refreshed
(functional systems replaced by up-to-date
equipment) computers and their placement, at a
low cost, into our national schools and educational
institutions. CFSA also provides low-cost
computers to non-profit organizations, as well as
disabled and disadvantaged children and adults in
the community. Individuals should contact their
local school district about becoming part of the
program. Delivery charges apply outside the
Philadelphia and Chicago areas.

Southeastern Wisconsin: NHU is a non-profit
