children bringing home designs and devices
created using their own inventive processes! Learn
to write notes backwards like Da Vinci, be a part of a
‘human’ machine, escape a deserted island, design
airplanes, and take home your very own light stick!
Look out 007- the Mad Science spy academy is in
session! Invisible ink! Metal detectors! Lasers!
Junior agents can create their own edible
messages, check out spy equipment, gather and
analyze crime scene data, and discover surveillance
technology with burglar alarms and security locks!
Explore the world around you and inside you! Travel
the organ trail and uncover the wonders of your
own body! Make animal tracks, use the sun to cook
a tasty snack, discover the science behind your
favorite sports, and become a Mad Science
detective- use your forensic skills to solve a crime!
It’s all about robots! From sensors to actuators;
effectors to manipulators. Your mad scientists will
learn what it takes to make robots go, and put
together their own robot to keep after the
completion of camp!

Have super fun with science! In this camp you can
become a DNA detective while you learn about the
inside of a cell. Go up, up, and away with kites and
hot air balloons, explore space and rockets, learn to
write and decipher mad messages, and create
radical reactions that bubble and flash!
Engineers shape the world! Using LEGO© bricks,
mad scientists will explore mechanical, structural,
aerospace, nautical, and bioengineering! Every day
campers will participate in engineering challenges to
solve real world problems! Let the tinkering begin!
This camp offers an introduction to environmental
science. Each day campers discover how living
things grow and how the environment affects them.
Children experiment, sing, play, and build a garden
mural throughout the week to illustrate their latest
scientific discoveries!
