All interscholastic sport officials working a contest for the Baltimore City Public Schools are to file a written report within 24 hours of any
of the following occurrences:
1) Ejected participants, coaches and incidents of crowd disturbance, disqualifications or undesirable behavior;
2) Contest which must be canceled or terminated by the officials for any reason;
3) Unsportsmanlike conduct by players, coaches or spectators which is allowed to go unchecked by the administration of the
school(s) involved and
4) Facilities, equipment or uniforms that fail to meet the minimum standards of the rule book.
