Sealed BIDS for Bid 17-159 – Demolition of 36 Greenfield Drive will be received by the City of St. Peters,
Purchasing Department, City Hall, One St. Peters Centre Boulevard, P.O. Box 9, St. Peters, Missouri 63376
until 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, April 25, 2017 and then opened and read aloud.
Contract Documents will be available on Thursday, April 13, 2017 and may be obtained from the City of
St. Peters, One St. Peters Centre Boulevard, St. Peters, MO 63376 or requested in writing to
[email protected] under the subject line “Bid 17-159 – Demolition of 36 Greenfield Drive”.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 36 Greenfield
Drive, St. Peters, Missouri, 63376.
All questions regarding this project shall be submitted to the City of St. Peters Purchasing Department in
writing to [email protected] under the subject line “Bid 17-159 – Demolition of 36 Greenfield Drive”
or by mail to City of St. Peters Purchasing Department, One St. Peters Centre Boulevard, P.O. Box 9, St.
Peters, MO 63376 before noon local time, Thursday, April 20, 2017.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous
to the City.
