We are pleased to inform you that our school has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and
conducting the CBSE West Zone Football Tournament- 2015-16 For students.
1. Under 19 years:
Born on or after 01.01.1997
A player shall be under 19 years of age on 31 Dec 2015.
Therefore, on behalf of CBSE, the management, staff and students of American School of Baroda,
Vadodara, I take this opportunity to extend our warm invitation to you and your teams to the tournament.
The tournament will begin, with the opening ceremony on 10th Oct.2015 for this purpose; the participating
teams are requested to bring one school flag and banner baring the name of their school, for March past and
various other ceremonies. The participating teams have to report to us on 9th Oct.2015 by evening.
The closing ceremony will be held on 12th Oct.2015
 Last date for receiving the consent at our end is 1st Oct.2015
 Last date for receiving the entries at our end is 1st Oct.2015

The entry forms, travel plan & students participation details and attested
identity card format which are given on the CBSE website www.cbseacademic.in or School website
www.asobaroda.org should be filled in capital letters and send immediately on or before 1st Oct.

Each school will send Qualified at least one staff members as manager with the
team.
3.
Consumption of liquor, drugs, tobacco and smoking is strictly prohibited
during the conduct of tournament and stay in the school. Anyone who violates this rule will be
immediately removed from the school campus.
4.
Any damage done to the property of the school during the stay by participation
will have to be compensated for, by the respective school.
5.
Participants are not allowed to wear any costly ornaments or bring any valuable
items. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any article during stay.
6.
It is responsibility of the team manager to bring the sick / injured participants
to the school dispensary for the first aid / inside the tournament area.
7.
At the time of registration kindly show the photocopy of demand draft of the
CBSE yearly sports registration fee of Rs. 10,000/-.
8.
It is compulsory for all the participants to attend the inauguration and
valedictory function.
9.
Each school must issue an identity card to every player of its school, separately
for each of the discipline in which students intends to participate as per the format of CBSE.
10.
If the player is participating in four disciplines, four number of separate
discipline wise identity card must be included all the events in which player wishes to participate.
11.
No players shall be permitted to participate in the CBSE nationals without their
original identity card having counter signature of the principal of the respective cluster / zonal level
competition organizing school.
12.
All the schools have to deposits Rs/- 2000/- as caution money which is
refundable.
13.
