Eligibility for $10.00 Credit: (1) Eligible End Users must enroll as a new online bill pay customer, with a par pa ng
Financial Ins tu on, and pay 7 bills using Sponsor’s Online Bill Pay Service; Or (2) Eligible End Users who have not
paid a bill usi ng Sponsor’s online bill pay service for any of their accounts since March 31, 2010 or more and
pay 7 bills using Sponsor’s Online Bill Pay Service. All bills must be received and processed by the par pa ng
Financial Ins tu on between June 15, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. PT and July 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT the "Promo on
Period".

Eligible Online Bill Pay enrollment and bill payments for the Promo on must be received and processed
between June 15, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. PT and July 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Enrollments and bill payments
processed er April 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT will not be eligible for this offer. Please refer to your Financial
Ins tu on’s Processing Schedule for processing dates.
One Credit of $10.00 will apply per eligible End User regardless of the number of End User owned eligible and
ac ve checking accounts with Online Bill Pay.
A $10.00 credit will be deposited into End User’s eligible checking account on or about September 15, 2010. For
End Users with mu ple checking accounts used for online bill pay with the par pa ng Financial Ins tu on,
the Credit will be deposited into one of your ac ve accounts with Online Bill Pay.
Enrollments made under mul ple iden es or through the use of any agent or other device or ar fice to
par pate mu ple mes in viola on of these Terms and Cond ons will be deemed invalid.
Credits will not be given to End Users who do not meet these Terms and Cond ons and that do not pay
seven (7) online bill payments through the Sponsor’s Online Bill Pay service during the Promo on Period.
Recipient of the Credit is deemed to be the End User whose name appears on the Online Bill Pay registra on.
A third party vendor will be used by Digital Insight to facilitate the deposit of the Credit. Our contracts with
third party vendors outline the appropriate use and handling of your informa on and prohibit third par s
from using any of your personal informa on for purposes unrelated to the product or service for which
they’ve been contracted. Vendors are required to maintain the confiden ality of the informa on we provide
to them.
