National Games Team Roster
Thisdocumentwillshowyouhowtoset-up,createand–mostimportantly–
properlydesignateyourteamrosternameforthe2016Na>onalGames.
*OnlytheRegionalCommissionerandRegionalRegistrarhavetheappropriateaccessrightsin
eAYSOtoassignteamsandcreaterosters.

Itisveryimportantthatthepropernamingnomenclatureisusedwhen
crea>ngyourteamrosters,andplayerandcoachIDcards.
Createrostername(inallcaps)as:
NG16–[insertgenderleKerandagedivision]
Example:BoysU10teampar7cipa7nginthe2016Games.
Rosternamewouldbedesignatedas:
NG16–BU10
Co-edteamswillplayintheboys’divisions.

besurewe’reworkinginthecorrectsePngs.
Scrollover“Preferences”
onthetoolbarandselect
“Region&MY.”
Next,besuretoselectyour
correctRegion#.My
MembershipYearshouldread:
“MY2015.”Select“Update”at

select“NatlGames.”
1.Scrollover“Region”onthe
toolbar,thenover“Player”and
select“Programs”.
3.SearchforthePlayerusingthe
searchcriteria,thenselect
“Search”onthelebside.
4.Usethecheckmarkcolumntoselectthe
player(s),thenclickonthesinglearrowtomove
themtotheNa7onalGamesprogram.Theywill
appearontherightside.
Movingplayersfrom“Primary”to“NatlGames”will
NOTremovetheplayerfromthePrimaryprogram.

Byclickingon“delete,”theyhave
simplybeenremovedfromthe
Na7onalGamesprogram.Thesystem
willnotletyoudeleteaplayerfrom
theRegionorPrimaryprogram.

2.Searchforthevolunteerby
first/lastname,orAYSOID#.Click
on“Search.”Thenameshould
thenappearbelow.
3.Ifthevolunteerdoesnotalready
havetheappropriatejoblisted,addit
tothevolunteerineither“Job1,2,
or3”,thenselect“Done”.

teamwillbebringinghere,then
select“Submit”tocreateyour
teamonceallappropriatefields
arecompleted.

IV.AddPlayerstoTeamRoster
1.Scrollover“Region”onthe
toolbar,thenover“Teams”and
select“Add/MovePlayers”.
2.UnderProgram,
select“NatlGames”.
3.Onthelebside,selectthe
Divisionyouareworkingwith,and
leaveTeamas“Unassigned”to
displayallplayerswithoutateam.
4.Ontherightside,choosethe
sameDivision,Gender,and
Teamforwhomyouare
crea7ngtheNatlGamesroster.
5.Selecttheplayersyouareaddingtoyour
rosterbyclickingonthecheckbox.Next,
usethesinglearrowtomovetheselected
playerstoyourNatlGamesTeamRoster.
