Labelling Machine with the capacity of 3 crores labels of size 50mmX100mm per month to digitally superior Offset Printing

Headed by young and dynamic duo Mr Vivek Rao, a Law Graduate and Mr Varun Rao, an MBA; the company believes in
hiring the best and a versatile team from all over the country to bring about a fine technical pool of knowledge. Their
inspirational leadership and visionary attitude has resulting in improving the performance standards and aptitude level of
our team. Our team of 120 experienced printing and packaging experts is strong nd dedicated enough to accept and
successfully fulfill all kind of challenging printing and packaging jobs.
With constant inputs and guidance from a professional and qualified Production Manager with 15 years of experience in
printing and packaging industry of Delhi, the team excellently and efficiently handles multiple clients at one time.There are
separate teams for Pre-Print, print and post-Print activities and for each level of printing so be it the development of the
artwork or designing or development of the positives (used for printing) or label printing- all jobs are handled by a
responsible and technically experienced person well-versed with latest printing practices so as to deliver quality finished
products. The team works in shifts and is available at our plant for 24 hours to serve. Financial aspects are handled by our
Finance Manager and his team while there’s a proactive marketing team to take care of our customers and their needs.


The very reason for investing in expensive latest technology and hiring expert team is that we aim to

We have a professional Quality Control Manager with an experience of five years in printing and pharmaceutical
industry whose job is to streamline the entire printing process with control checks. He is there to guide the flow of
production and ensure that all printing jobs turn out to be flawless in context of colour, detailing and fineness. There is
a technical person at each step to support the Quality Control Manager and a work co-coordinator too, who keeps a
tab of time limit for each job. Thus the whole team is self-motivated to deliver quality printing and meeting deadlines
too.


Art work approvals are taken on record before every job is put on production line. .

One Die/plate is issued at one time for one job.

Waste material is appropriate disposed as per the directions from the client.

The entire premises is wired with centrally controlled server connectivity points with active broadband and an
MIS and ERP system is installed for effective functioning.

All materials in production are batched and accountability of production is maintained throughout production

We have a policy of maintaining secrecy of client designs, orders, and changes in production demands. Samples
leaving the facility are duly stamped to avoid any misuse. Proofed samples are removed from all machines and.
approved designs are kept exclusively in the custody of directors

Quality printing with full security and safety
Three guards are deputed for round the clock security of the premises. Raw material, Ink and Finished goods and Dies
and plates are placed in the vaults under proper locking system so that full secrecy is maintained for each client’s job.
Smoking detector alarm and Fire extinguishers are installed at various places to meet any emergency. Five emergency
exits have been given to use in case of emergency. The entire facility is connected via lane points including incoming raw
material area and dispatch bay and material movements are updated instantly. Even damaged or waste material is
properly accounted for This is done to live up to the trust big MNCs have conferred on us for the printing and packaging of
their premium products.
