son shall abide by the rules and regulation. I also agree that P.K.C.A shall not be responsible for an incident or
injury caused to my son during training/practice. My son shall co-operate in maintaining discipline and carrying out
aims and objectives of the Academy.

Rules and Regulation
1.
Players will have to be in their white cricketing attire at academy unless the management informs you to wear different sportswear.
2.
All the Players will have to adhere to the scheduled timings. Any Players not coming for coaching shall intimate the coach at least eight
hours in advance.
3.
Players will have to maintain discipline of cricket coaching and if found otherwise would be expelled from the coaching and fees will not be
refunded in any case.
4.
Players will attend all trainings and events set by the coach.
5.
Players will approach training and matches with a professional attitude and apply themselves accordingly.
6.
The coach reserves the right to award playing time in matches to those who do not miss trainings and other game preparations.
7.
Players will come to the coach for any and all disputes, including playing time or lack thereof, personality differences, scheduling conflicts,
or any other issues that involves the team/academy, Player or coach.
8.
If the coach and player cannot resolve the problem, them and only then, will the coach ask a parent to involve.
9.
Players will recognize that the team comes first, not the individual, selfishness and focus on self will not be tolerated. Players will support
each other and treat others with respect. No player is more important than any other, TEAM FIRST.
10. The cricket coaching will take place five days in a week (i.e. Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri.) (Saturday & Sunday will be holiday).
11. Parents should drop their child at the gate of academy and take them back from the gate itself. The coaching authorities will not be
responsible for any happening or loss of the child before or after the coaching time.
12. Parents are not allowed to stay in the field at the time of coaching, parents are not allowed to interfere in any kind of management decisions,
however if they want to meet the coach they should take prior appointment on the phone.
13. Sessions timings may change due to the weather conditions and unavoidable circumstances, Academy authority may close the academy for
some days/sessions due to unavoidable circumstances.
14. Players have to share the additional amount for the friendly matches, tournaments, special sessions as per decided by the management.
15. THE PLAYERS WILL BE PROVIDED BEST OF CRICKET COACHING BUT THE ACADEMY DOES NOT
GUARANTEE ANY SELECTIONS.
16. All the Players shall take proper precautions and play with pads, guards, helmets-on and take other requisite measures expected of and advise
to them while playing. However , if any incident happen during the academy of coaching/playing any matches and any players is injured
leading to incapacitation for some periods, permanent disability or death , the coaching authorities including the staff shall not be responsible
for the same in any manner. It shall be the Endeavour of the coaches to provide immediate medical aid incase of any such eventuality.
However, non compliance thereof for factor beyond the control of the academy cannot be termed as negligence and consequently the
Academy / coaching authorities shall not be liable.
17. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, CONCESSION* OF FEES (IN PART OR FULL) ON ANY
ACCOUNT.THEREFORE PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO DEPOSITE FEE AFTER CAREFUL
CONSIDERATION.

Fees should be deposits within 21st to 30th of any month and it will be accepted as above mentioned only, No partly fees will be accepted.

Sessions Timings Morning 7:00 – 9:00, Evening 3:30-5:00, 5:00-6:30, Professional Batch Timing will be half n hour more in all sessions

Parents are requested not to ask for any further concessions or any kind of fees discounts, it will not be given in any case.
