Announcements:
 Libbie Warner: OCT 22- HAVOC annual dodge ball tournament, sign ups will
be sent out soon
o Proceeds will be put towards Team Impact
o $6 per player
o Food will be provided, cider mill donuts!
 Cross Country Game of the Week Volunteers:
o Women’s XC 12-1230: Jane Haffer (Tennis) and Sarah Pickup
(Swimming and Diving)
o Men’s XC 1-130: Casey Kopp and Christian Hansson (SHOUTOUT to
Men’s lacrosse for signing up for their second GOTW!!)

NESCAC SAAC Meeting- Sunday, October 16 @ Tufts University 11am-4pm
o Email Lillie if you are interested! It would be great to get a second rep
at the conference


Subcommittee Updates:
 Community Outreach:
o Special Olympics will be starting up in the next few weeks for winter
sports (Bocce Ball, Basketball and Floor Hockey)
o SAAC Service Sundays- teams can go out and help the community on
various Sundays
 Web Communications:
o GOTW email coming out shortly, there will be pink t-shirts being
handed out at the games in October!
o We have an iPad mini in Jon Hind’s Office and we will be working out
a system so that pictures and videos will get taken at each game of the
week
 Event Programming:
o Half time competitions for different sports
o Fan of the game
o Thinking of bringing in a nutritionist or having Chris speak to teams
for a more personalized nutrition plan along with injury prevention
work
 Social Media:
o Finalizing schedule for who will be in charge of each social media
account

news!
o Follow Hamilton College on Snapchat as our student-athletes will be
taking over this account on certain days in addition to the instagram
