SWITCHER SERVER INSTRUCTION ：
Front of PMXCMS08 serial server
Ports working station indicator

The server has a total of eight serial port, each connection mode of the
serial port is 232 connections.
Back of PMXCMS08 serial server
HDMI port

RJ-45
internet
access
8 groups of RS-232 terminal
each serial port can be connected with matrix or control
keyboard or control.
Log in switcher server

we can choose to use the following browsers for matrix
switcher server login. Such as:
Firefox


Google
Chrome
* Special note: the server software version does not support
use IE browser to login!
We take Google browser for example to login as below.
Login switcher server
Input IP address and port
User name
password



The default login IP address ：192.168.0.45:8008
The default user name ：admin
The default password ：admin

The interface shows as follow after login.

Add switcher matrix
Step 1: choose the matrix configuration.
Step 2: add it.
Operation of add matrix chassis

After select step 2 of the above, a pop-up box shows as
following.
Matrix control

Matrix name

Set Baud rate
Communication port of the matrix and the switcher server

Click the
on the last picture, set baud rate with the
matrix switcher server connection, as the following：

Step 2: add it.
Step 1: choose the input device .

After select step 2 of the above, a pop-up box shows as
following:
Input device
name
Input device type
Set baud rate
Input communication port of device
Add matrix keyboard

Click the
on the last picture, set baud rate with the
keyboard connection, as the following：
Communication

Stop bit
Increase keyboard authority

In add keyboard device list, select the keyboard
configuration button. The diagram below:

After choose the authority configuration button above, we
can increase the control authority of matrix, matrix input and
matrix output for the keyboard, as the following:

Max output
Change IP address

Step 1
Step 2
Select step 1 and step 2 to open the IP address configuration
interface. The IP address can be changed directly as the
following:
Reboot switcher server


Select the Reboot Server on the top of right-hand, as the
following：
Select Reboot Server.
Reboot switcher

Reboot switcher server

Wait patiently for about 3 minutes, you can switch the
keyboard and matrix after rebooting the switcher server.
