Massachusetts Slot Tournament Championship tournament – Saturday April 15 Qualifying periods from February 17 to April 11. There are two ways for Marquee Rewards members to qualify for this event. 1. Point Earning Sweepstakes o Earning Period from 6AM on February 17, 2017 through 11:59PM on April 9, 2017 o Marquee Rewards card members earn one (1) entry for every ten (1) tier point earned. o Members may earn bonus multiplier entries on select dates throughout promotional period o Top 200 qualifiers will be notified via email so they must have valid email on file to participate or visit Player Services between April 10 to April 14 to claim their spot o Top score required to qualify will be posted each week in the “boxing ring” promotional area located by the host office and top 300 with email address will be notified 2. Tuesday Slot Tournaments o Marquee Rewards members are invited to participate in the Tuesday Slot Tournaments in March and April. o Tournaments will be held on March 7, 14, 21, 28 and April 4 and 11. o The top 100 cumulative scores from all 6 tournaments will qualify to participate in preliminary qualifying rounds for the final slot tournament help on Saturday April 15. o Top 100 cumulative score earners will be notified through email. It will be sent to the email address the guest has on file and they have until April 14 to claim their spot. If they do not claim their spot in pre-­‐qualifying round their spot will be forfeited. Tuesday Tournament Process: • Marquee Rewards members age 50 years of age or older are invited to participate in Tuesday Slot Tournament or if they were invited in Loyalty Mailer. • Patrons under 50 years of age or that did not receive invitation may qualify by earning 500 points the day of the slot tournament • Players must present their Marquee Rewards card and valid photo ID to register to play • Malfunction(s) voids scores. Must be playing with your Marquee Rewards card to be eligible • Patrons registers to play in the promo zone • Patron will insert their Marquee Reward card into a designated slot machine near Revolution Lounge • Once inserted the player will activate the tournament play which will count down from 5 seconds to commence playing •

Tournament play will begin and the patron will have two (2) minutes to play the game Patron will press the spin button as many times for as many spins as possible within the two minute time frame Once two minutes are complete, patrons point score will be recorded Recorded scores within tournament play times will be recorded and ranked through EBS DM Roped Off Tournament Promotions Cumulative scores will be tracked and final 100 players from all Tuesday tournaments will be notified 3. Winners must show their Marquee Rewards card and valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) in order to collect prize. If winner is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required. Winners agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees. Event times are approximate. PPC reserves the right to change event times or date due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this promotion lie solely with PPC whose decisions are final. PPC reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant’s prize already awarded. PPC may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion. PPC is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, PPC reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. Prizes are non-­‐transferable. Must be present to win. All employees of Plainridge Park Casino are prohibited from gambling/wagering on slot machines owned or operated by PPC. Employees may not engage in or initiate any type of gambling while on Company premises, i.e., dice games, “sports pools,” etc. Furthermore, Employee gambling / wagering during working hours interferes with the employee’s ability to adequately perform his or her duties. Therefore, no employee may gamble/wager while on duty or in work uniform. Moreover, the Company recognizes that an appearance of impropriety may be created when certain employees gamble/wager at a PNG subsidiary. Therefore, any employee who holds a position of department manager or above may not gamble/wager at a PNG subsidiary and may not place a wager on a horse race conducted at a PNG racing subsidiary. In addition, any employee who has the ability to adjust or input information in the casino management system may not hold a Penn National Gaming Player Card at any Penn National Gaming Property. Employees who do not have access to the casino management system may hold a player card issued by a Penn National affiliate and may receive comps and points just like any customer. However, in order to avoid potential or perceived improprieties, employees may not participate in any marketing drawings, contests, sweepstakes or slot or table tournaments at any Penn property. This policy is subject to any further restrictions in gambling by licensed employees that may be imposed by the state in which the employee works. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.
