The public is invited to play BINGO at no charge. There will be a Halloween theme this year and a
prize will be given out to the “best costume” of the night! Due to limited space, registration will
be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Each sponsor and exhibitor will have a 4’ table
space. A table is provided, table covering is not provided. Deadline to register is August 15,
2015, after which any open sponsor and exhibitor opportunities will be made available to nonmembers at an increased rate.
The BINGO games begin at 7pm and will be held in the main dining room of the Rochester
Country Club. Tables will be set up to accommodate approximately 80 players who will have an
opportunity to visit the exhibitors before the games begin, as well as during intermission. Food
and drink will be available for purchase. Must be 18 years of age to enter the BINGO hall.
Sponsors will have the opportunity to “call” one of the (10) BINGO games, giving them additional
exposure. Prizes for the winners will be provided by the sponsor and have a value of at least $25.
In addition to Raffle Boxes, a 50/50 raffle and a Passport Grand Prize drawing, this year there will
be a special game being hosted by a Coe-Brown student as part of her senior project to raise
awareness and funds for STEPS for Survivors (Success Through Education, Psychosocial support
and Socialization), that will take place during the Chamber’s intermission. Those wanting to
purchase special BINGO cards to take part in this fundraiser game can purchase them directly
from the STEPS table that will be set up at the venue.
