Ian McLeish, former Veterinary Manager and Lead Veterinarian for the Food
Standards Agency, will be presenting this seminar. Ian has been interested in wild
animals / game for many years, particularly from his work as anaesthesia resident in
California, as a veterinarian in Belize and Sothern Somalia, as well as being the
veterinarian for the White Arabian Oryx project in Oman for ten years.

Deer larders and Approved game handling establishments
The seminar is open to REHIS members of both the Northern and Southern Centres,
at a charge of £30.00.
Non-REHIS members will be charged £60.00.
Morning and lunch time refreshments shall be provided. Please contact if you have
