The RLWC2017 is the world’s greatest Rugby League Tournament
and will take place in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea
in late 2017. Not only is the RLWC2017 the pinnacle for the players, it’s
the ultimate experience for the fans who make the pilgrimage every
four years to support their team in the world’s greatest game.

ASSISTANCE
Experienced personnel will be on location
throughout the RLWC 2017 period to assist all Glory
Days participants. A centralised hospitality desk will
be established in each city and our staff will be on
location at hotels to assist when required. We will
provide a 24-hour local emergency contact telephone
number throughout the tournament dates to address
any unforeseen issues that might occur.

2017, the Finals Festival will become the official
live site for the Grand Final, Grand Final Breakfast,
Official Closing Party, team parades and will include
live broadcast of the RLWC2017 Final on large
screens, live entertainment, food and beverage stalls,
merchandise, activities and the official closing party
of the event. We can offer VIP Tickets exclusively to the
Festival including exclusive access to VIP areas and

Nestled between the Yarra River and the MCG, the
major tenants are NRL team Melbourne Storm,
the Super Rugby Team Melbourne Rebels, and
the A League teams Melbourne Victory FC and

Sydney / Sydney Football Stadium
Capacity: 45,500
Located in Moore Park in the South Eastern
suburbs of Sydney, Sydney Football Stadium was
built in 1988 and is Sydney’s premier rectangular
field venue for Rugby League, Rugby Union and
Soccer. The grounds major tenants are the Sydney
Roosters, NSW Waratahs and Sydney FC
Perth / Perth Rectangular Stadium
Capacity: 20,500
Located close to Perth’s CBD, the Perth
Rectangular Stadium is currently home to
2 major sporting clubs – Perth Glory FC and
the Western Force. In 2004 the ground was
redeveloped, converting it from an oval field
to a rectangular field.
Auckland / Mt Smart Stadium
Capacity: 30,000
Located in the suburb of Penrose, 10km south
of the city centre, the Mount Smart Stadium is
the home ground of the National Rugby League
team, the New Zealand Warriors. The Stadium was
chosen as the main Athletics Stadium as well as
the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1990
Commonwealth Games.
Brisbane / Brisbane Stadium
Capacity: 52,500
Brisbane Stadium hosted the 2008 Rugby
League World Cup final and has been favourably
compared to Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium
and London’s Twickenham Stadium. It is within
walking distance of Brisbane’s CBD.

You have three options to book an official
RLWC 2017 England League tour:
Option 1
Book online at www.rugbyleaguetraveloffice.com
You will need to enter full details but we will call to
clarify the tour and make sure you understand all the
inclusions. Payment can be either deposit or in full.
Option 2
Call the office on 0131 556 3840.
We can take the booking, answer any questions, work
out payment plans if required and process payments.
Option 3
Request an order form (by post or email) and once
we have received you have 7 days to make payment
to confirm the booking.
We are delighted to send out copies of the brochure
and order forms on request.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
Upon receipt of your booking, Glory Days will forward
you a written confirmation of all arrangements
(subject to availability) together with an invoice for
the payments outlined below. Should payments not
be received by the nominated date, reservations will
be automatically cancelled without notice.
If you have bespoke requirements (different flights
etc.) the amount of deposit may change but we will
outline at the time of booking.
We can work out payment plans once the initial
deposit has been paid but please call to discuss.
For clarification, all amounts are non-refundable
after the dates specified above. Any cancellation
after 1 July 2017 will be fully non-refundable.
Methods of Payment
All payments must be made in UK Sterling; payment
in any other currency will not be accepted. To avoid
any fees BACS payments are the most cost effective
payment method. Please always reference the
payment with name and booking reference.
