Registration Information
Hello Bunko Friends!
Are you ready for the 13th annual Bunko for Breast Cancer!?! That's right, we're doing it again and we would really like you to join
us, Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at the Carson Valley Inn, Valley Ball Room.
Registration:

 Credit cards are accepted for online registration
 Registering on line reserves your spot for 10 business days if paying by check.
Mail-in registration is accepted with payment by check only. Phone and email registration will not be accepted.
All registration must include full payment. If you sign up as a single player, we will place you on a team. All players
wanting to play together must register together on one form. (or the website with a team lead)
Registration is first come first served. This event has sold out every year, so register early!
Entrance fee is $30 per player, on October 1, the price increases to $35pp (unless we have already filled all spots).
Spaces cannot be saved or reserved; registration is accepted only when the attached form and payments are
received or registration online is completed and payment is received.
Refunds will only be issued if the event sells out when your registration is received. Refunds will not be issued if a
player is unable to attend, but you may find a substitute to take their place.
Team captain will receive confirmation information via email 2 weeks prior to the event with all of the exciting
details.
Theme:
“Sports” – you know what to do here - we can’t wait to see your Sport related costumes!
Best Group Costume Contest.
Event Information:
Check in for the event will begin at 5:00 p.m. with play starting at 7:00 p.m. Please be seated by 6:45 sharp.
There will be a ‘no-host’ bar and light snacks available at each table. If you would like a meal, come early and eat
at one of fabulous restaurants available at CVI.
In addition to Bunco, there will also be a Silent Auction, a possible Trip Package, a 50/50 cash raffle, and so much
more.
A block of rooms is also available for $82 at the Carson Valley Inn. To make reservations, call 1-800-321-6983 ext.
1, mention group number 504880 and that it’s for Bunko for Breast Cancer on October 8h. Please be prepared with
a credit card.
Through your generous support, 100% of all funds raised are donated to Caron Tahoe Cancer Resource Center and go directly to
local breast cancer patients. Your donations enable the purchase of stylish/fashionable post-mastectomy camisoles and complete
sponsorship of Casting for Recovery.
During the event, make checks payable to Carson Tahoe Resource Center and in the memo, please include “Bunko for Breast
