AllteamrepresentativesarerequiredtocarryacopyoftheRules&Regulationstoallleaguegames.
OBJECTIVE:TheLILSLprovidestheopportunityforwomen26yearsofageandolderintheOver26
Division,40yearsofageandolderintheOver40Division,and18yearsofageandoverintheOpen
Divisiontoplayinanorganizedleaguesituation.
THERULESOFPLAYSHALLBETHE“LAWSOFTHEGAME”aspublishedbyFIFA,withSPECIFIC
MODIFICATIONSasfollows:
PARTICIPATIONANDPLAYERPASSES:
1. Allplayersmustbeofagewithinthecalendaryearoftheseasonforwhichtheyareregisteringfor
theOver26andover40divisions.Playersmustbe18yearsoldpriortoregisteringfortheopen
Division.Nooneundertheageof18canplaywithintheleagueduringanyseason(Spring,Summer
orFall)orTournament(Summer/Winter).
2. Eachparticipantmusthaveapassinordertoplay.Allpassesmustindicatetheexactplayerandteam
asspecifiedontheonlineroster.
a.AprintedpassindicatesthelegalityoftheplayerandcertifiesthattheteamandLILSLhave
verifiedtheproperageoftheplayer.Passeswillchangeeachseason.
b. AllnewplayersmustregisteronlineandsendacopyoftheirDriver’sLicenseorothervalid
[email protected]
c. Anyteamfoundtobeplayingwithanunderageand/orillegallyregisteredplayerwillforfeitall
scheduledgamesforthatseasonwhethertheyhavebeenplayedornotwitha1-0winawarded
totheopposingteams.
d. Adefacedpasswillnotbeaccepted.
e. Anyparty/playerwhocommencesandpursuesanylawsuitagainstLongIslandLadiesSoccer
Leaguewillnotbeeligibletoplayonanyroster(Open,Over26orOver40)intheleague.
3. Allpassesforparticipatingplayersmustbepresentedtotherefereepriortothestartofthegame
alongwithaprintedgameroster.
4. TheopposingteammayrequestTHROUGHTHEREFEREEtoexamineaplayer’spass.Nootherproof
ofageisrequiredNORMAYBEREQUESTEDatthefield.Furtherinquiriesshouldbedirectedtothe
DivisionCoordinatorforleaguefollow-up.
5. Ateammayaddplayerstotheirrosteratanytimeduringtheseason.
6. Onceaplayerhaspaidtherewillbenorefundsorcreditsgivenbytheleague

TEAMREPRESENTATIVES:
1. LegalspokespersonsfortheirteamandrepresenttheirteaminallLILSLmattersregardingRules,
RegulationsandByLaws.
2. Eachteammusthave2representativesandbothnamesshouldappearontheonlineroster.
3. Eachteammustregisterandpayforaminimumoftwelve(12)playersbythedateprescribedbythe
LeagueRegistrartoensuretheyareincludedintheschedulefortheseason.Afterthatdate,teams
maybeineligibletoplayintheupcomingseason.
4. Mustcarryacopyoftherulestoallgamesforreadyreferenceshouldanyquestionsorproblems
arise.
5. Teamsmustsend1representativetoeveryscheduledleaguemeeting.ONErepresentativemayvote
onissuesasrequired.
a. SpecialMeetingswillbecalledonoccasion.
6. Allcontactmustbemadebycontactingtheopposingteamrepresentativedirectly.Ifyoudonot
receivearesponsebyThursdaypriortothegame,youmustcontactyourDivisionCoordinator.
7. Mustcalloremailinscores(incaseofawinortie),injuries,yelloworredcardsintotheDivision
Coordinatorby9:00p.m.Sundaynight(ortheeveningofthegameifnotplayedonSunday).
ROSTERS:
1. Ateammayregisteranunlimitednumberofplayers,withaminimumof12.
2. Only21playersmayappearinuniformatanyonegame.
3. These21playersmustbelistedontheofficialgamerosterthatispre-populatedonlinebeforeeach
game.
4. Officialgamerosterforms(2)willbeprintedfromtheManagerteampageontheLILSLwebsite.
5. 2rostersmustbepresentedtotherefereepriortoeachgame.
6. Failuretopresentarosterwillresultinaforfeit.Thescorewillbe1-0fortheopposingteam.
7. Priortostartofgame,therefereemustbenotifiedoflatearrivingplayers.Forlatearrivingplayers
thepassmustbepresentedtotherefereebeforetheplayerentersthefieldofplay.
8. Ifyoudonotsubmitarefevaluationyouwillbeunabletoprintyougamerosterforthefollowing
game.
PLAYINGDATES,SCHEDULETIMESANDFIELDAVAILABILITY:
1. Allgamesmustbeplayedonthedatesscheduled.Thescheduledstartingtimeis4:00p.m.during
DaylightSavingsTime.AfterDaylightSavings,gamesshouldstartat3:00p.m.
2. Ateamcanasktochangethegametimeuptoaweekpriortotheschedulegameaslongasthey
notifytheotherteam,thedivisioncoordinatorandrefereeschedulerandtheotherteamagreesto
thechange.
UNIFORMS
1. Allplayersmustbeuniforminappearance.
2. Shirtsmustmatchincolorandbenumbereddifferentlycorrespondingtotherostersubmittedprior
toeachgame.
3. Incaseofcoldorinclementweatheradditionalclothingmaybeworn,atthereferee’sdiscretion.
4. Shortsdonothavetobeexactlythesame.(Stylesandlengthsmayvary;colorsmustbethesame).
5. Allplayersonthesameteammusthavematchingcolorsocksthataretobewornovertheshin
guards.
6. Bicycleshortsmaybewornextendingbelowthelengthoftheregulationshorts.
7. Onlyregulationsoccercleatsorturfshoesmaybeworn.Sneakersarenotacceptable.
EQUIPMENT:
1. Leaguerulesspecificallyforbidthewearingofanyspecialequipmentorclothingthatmayconstitute
aDANGERTOANOTHERPLAYER.
a. Therefereewillhavefinalandonlydecisionconcerningthepotentialdangerofequipment
andorthopedicdevices.Anyplayerwearinganorthopedicdevicemusthaveitwrapped
withaprotectivecoveringwithnometalorotherhardmaterialshowing.Anyplayerfound
tobeusinganorthopedicdeviceinadangerousmannerwillbeejectedfromthegame.
TeamRepresentativeshavetherighttoaskaRefereetochecksuchdevicesfortheirsafety.
Iftherefereerulesthatthereisnodanger,theplayerwillbepermittedtoplay.
b. Nocast,protectiveheadgear,jewelry,barrettes,hairpinsareallowed.
c. PlayersarepermittedtowearprotectiverubberhelmetsasapprovedbyFIFA.
d. Ringsorotherjewelrythatcannotberemovedmustbecoveredbytape.
INSURANCE:
1. LILSLprovidessecondarymedicalinsuranceforitmemberplayersaswellasinsurancetosatisfyfield
owners,municipalitiesandschooldistricts.Ifacertificateisrequiredforthepurposeofobtaininga
field,contacttheleagueAdministratorresponsibleforinsurance.
2. Shouldaninjuryoccurduringagame,theInsuranceAdministratorandDivisionCoordinatormustbe
notified.Theteamrepmustfilloutandsubmitaninjuryreportformwithin24hoursofthegameto
theinsuranceadministratorandthedivisioncoordinator.
a.ItissuggestedthatpregnantwomennotparticipateinLILSLgames.
b.Theplayerassumesallrisks,responsibilityforloss,damageorinjurytoherselfwhileengagedasa
playerfortheteamorinusingthepropertyandfacilitiesoftheteamwhethersuchloss,damages
orinjurybeoccasionedbytheteam,itsagentsorotherwise.Thisleaguewaivesanyandallclaims
fordamagesandcostsarisingfromsuchloss,damageorinjury.
GAMEDETAILS:HomeTeam
1. Providesregulationsoccerfieldaminimumof50x100yards,completewithmarkings,netsand
cornerflags(5feethigh).
2. ProvidestwoproperlyinflatedNo.5soccerballs(ingoodcondition).
a. Changesshirtsifthereisacolorconflict.
b. Responsibleforreceivingconfirmation,nameandphonenumberfromtheassignedreferee.
c. Ifconfirmationisnotreceivedby9:00p.m.Thursday,theRefereeSchedulerMUSTbecalled
atthattime.
d. IfthehometeamfailstocontacttheRefereeSchedulerasabove,thehometeamnot
confirmingwillforfeitonepointinthestandings.
3. Incaseofinclementweatherorunforeseenchanges,notifiestheassignedreferee.
4. Checksthatanygameprecedingtheirsontheirfieldisscheduledtofinishpriortogametime.
5. Payshalftherefereefeeincashpriortogamestart.
6. Assumesresponsibilityforcrowdcontrolandrespecttowardsthereferee.Ifanunrulyspectatoris
askedtoleave,a$25.00finewillbeassessedandmustbepaidpriortothestartofthenext
scheduledgame,underpenaltyofforfeit.Iftheunrulyspectatorrefusestoleavethefielditisthe
teamrepresentative’sresponsibilitytoremovesaidspectatorbeforethegamewillcontinue.Ifnot

VisitingTeam
1. CallsbyWednesdaytoconfirmfieldlocation,obtaindirections,notifiesopponentsofuniformcolors
andprovidesphonenumbersforcontactincaseofproblems.
2. Payshalftherefereefeeincashpriortostartofgamestart.
3. Visitingteammusttakeupapositionontheoppositesideofthefield.Hometeamwillchooseside
first.
4. Insuresproperconductofspectatorsaccompanyingtheteam.Ifanyunrulyspectatorisaskedto
leave,a$25.00finewillbeassessedandmustbepaidpriortothestartofthenextscheduledgame,
underpenaltyofforfeit.Iftheunrulyspectatorrefusestoleavethefielditistheteam
representative’sresponsibilitytoremovesaidspectatorbeforethegamewillcontinue.Ifnot,the
offendingteamwillforfeit.
5. Itissuggestedtoprovidealinespersonovertheageof12years.
Note:Iflightningoccursduringagame,therefereemuststopthegameandwait20minutesbefore
callingthegame.Allplayersshouldwaitintheircarsorothersafeareatoseeifconditionswillallow
thegametocontinue.Agameisconsideredtobeofficialifthreequartersofthegameiscompleteand
itiscalledforinclementweatherordarkness.Endingthegameissolelyatthediscretionofthereferee.
Ifthegameissuspended,itissubjecttotherulesappliedtoarainout.
GAMELENGTH:
1. IntheOver26andOver40Divisionsthegamewillbetwo(2)equalhalvesofforty(40)minuteseach.
IntheOpenDivision,thegamewillbetwo(2)equalhalvesofforty-five(45)minutes.
2. AfterDaylightSavingsgoesintoeffectorintheeventofbadweatherconditions,thelengthofthe
halvesmaybereducedbutmustremainequal.
3. Thismustbedecidedbeforethestartofthegameandagreeduponbybothteamsandthereferee.

Intheeventofatiebasedontotalpointswithinadivisionforaseason,positionwillbedeterminedas

1. Head-to-Headrecord.Thisisdisregardedifmorethantwoteamsaretied.

4. LeastGoalsAgainst.
5. Ifatiestillexists,thenaplayoffgameisplayed.
a. Playoffgametodeterminefirstplacemustbeplayedwithinaweekofthelastgame.
b. Hometeamwillbedeterminedbyacointoss.
c. Ifhometeamcannotprovideahomefieldinatimelyfashion,thegamewillbeplayedat
theopponent’sfield.
6. Goalsscoredwillnotbeusedtodeterminedivisionstandings.
RULESOFTHEGAME:
1. Protection-Womenareallowedtoprotectthechestareabyuseoftheirarms.Thearms,however,
mustremainstillandnotdirecttheballorahandballwillbecalled.Handsmustremainflushwith
thebody.
2. Afieldplayercannotpassbacktotheirgoaliewhohandlesitwithhands(alldivisions).Ifshedoesso,
anindirectkickwillbeawarded.
3. Aplayermustleavethefieldandreceivemedicalattentionifsheisbleeding.Theplayermaybe
substitutedforatthispoint.However,iftheteamdoesnotwishtosubstitute,theinjuredplayermay
enterthegamewiththepermissionofthereferee.Iftheinjuredplayerwassubstitutedfor,shemust
waitforthenextnormalsubstitutiontoreenter.Theexceptiontothisrulewouldbemadeonlyfor
thegoalkeeperunlessseriouslyinjuredand,intheopinionofthereferee,shouldberemovedfrom
thefieldformedicaltreatment.
4. Ifaplayerishurtandrequiresassistancefromthesidelinefromeitheraplayer,coachoraspectator,
thatplayermustleavethefieldofplay.Theplayermaybesubstitutedforatthispoint.However,if
theteamdoesnotwishtosubstitute,theinjuredplayermayenterthegamewiththepermissionof
thereferee.Iftheinjuredplayerwassubstitutedfor,shemustwaitforthenextnormalsubstitution
toreenter.Theexceptiontothisrulewouldbemadeonlyforthegoalkeeperunlessseriouslyinjured
and,intheopinionofthereferee,shouldberemovedfromthefieldformedicaltreatment.
5. Onagoalkick,theballmaybekickedfromanywhereinthegoalarea.
6. Noslidetacklesareallowedexceptforthegoaliewithinthepenaltybox,withtheexceptionofthe
OpenDivisionwhereslidetacklingispermitted.
a. Anyplayerwhoslidestoplayaballwhichisinpossessionofanotherplayerwillbeissueda
redcardcarryingaone-gamesuspensionforaslidetackle,withtheexceptionoftheOpen
Divisionwhereslidetacklingispermitted.
b. Atthediscretionofthereferee,aplayerwhoslideswithoneorbothfeettoplayaballmay
beissuedayellowcardiftherefereedeterminesitconstitutesadangerousplay.
7. Bothteamsareeligibletomakesubstitutionsatanystoppageofplay.
8. NewFIFAruleswillnotbeenforceduntilapprovalbyLILSL.
9. Ifateamisplayingdown,thelatearrivingplayersmaysubstituteoneitherteam’spossession.
REPORTINGSCORES:
1. ThewinningteammustreportthescoretotheirDivisionCoordinatorby9:00p.m.the
Saturday/Sundaynightofthegame,ortheteamwillbepenalizedandlose1pointinthestandings.
2. Intheeventofatie,bothteamsmustcallinthescore.Ateamthatdoesnotcallwilllose1pointin
thestandings.
3. Intheeventofamakeupgame,thescoremustbereportedby9:00p.m.thenightofthegame.
REFEREEEVALUATIONS:
1. AllteamsarerequiredtocompleteaRefereeEvaluationFormasprovidedbytheleague.
2. TheevaluationformmustbereceivedbytheRefereeSchedulerpriortothenextscheduledgameor
thegamerosterforthefollowingweekwillnotbeabletobeprinted.
3. Anyteamwithoutstanding,unpaidfinespriortoregistrationforthesubsequentseasonwillnotbe
permittedtoregisteruntilthosefinesarepaidinfull.
REFEREES:
1. HavefullauthorityoverthegamewithintherulesoftheLILSL.
2. Intheeventtherefereecallsthegamepriortothestartofthegamebecausehedeemsthefield
unplayable,therefereeshouldbeoffered$10.00($5.00perteam)fortravelexpenses.
3. Ifthescheduledrefereedoesnotappearforthegamewithin30minutesofthescheduledstarttime
andthehometeamhasmetitsobligation,thetwoteamswillattempttoselectanadultreferee
(personover18years).(Note:See“HomeTeam”.)
a. Itisrecommendedthatonerefereebeusedfortheentiregame,buttheresponsibilitymay
besharedbytheteams,ifagreeduponpriortogamestart.
b. Ifthevisitingteamcannotprovideareferee,thehometeamwillberesponsiblefortryingto
provideone.
c. Ifthescheduledrefereeappearsafter30minutesandplayhasbegunwithasubstitute
refereeyouareundernoobligationtostopthegameandswitchrefereesortopaythe
scheduledrefereehisfee.
4. Thegamemustbeplayedasscheduled,providedbothteamsagreeonareferee.
5. Ifagreementcannotbereached,amakeupgamemustbescheduledinaccordancewithmakeup
provisions.
6. Referee’sfeesshouldbeofferedtoanyoneassumingthoseresponsibilities.Thepersonofficiating
shouldbeviewedasarefereewithalltheallowedpowers.
7. Teamsarenotpermittedtoarrangeforrefereesontheirownforeitherscheduledormakeupgames.
8. Therefereefeewillbedeterminedbytheleaguepriortothestartoftheseason.
PLAYER/COACHCONDUCT:Playersandcoachesareboundbythefollowing:
1. Acautionmaybeindicatedbyayelloworredcard(Acautionisawarningdirectedtoaplayeror
coachforaviolationofthelawsofthegame).
a. YellowCards:
i. Aplayerreceivingayellowcardmustleavethefieldofplayuntilthenextdead
ball.Thecardedplayermaybesubstitutedfor.
ii. Ifaplayerpersistsinmisconductafterreceivingayellowcard,themostsevere
penaltyisapplied;i.e.ejectionfromthegame.
iii. Ifaplayeraccumulatesthree(3)yellowcardswithinasingleseason,an
automatictwo(2)-gamesuspensionoccurs.Followingthesecondyellowcard,a
warningwillbeissuedbytheRulesandRegulationAdministrator.
iv. Ifsuspensionbecomesnecessarywiththethirdyellowcardoccurringwithless
thantwo(2)gamesremainingintheseason,thesuspensionwillbecarriedover
intothenextseason.
b. RedCards:
i. Whenaplayerorcoachreceivesaredcard,theymustimmediatelyleavethe
fieldandmaynotreturnforanyreason.Asuspendedplayerorcoachisnot

permittedtoparticipateinanymannerwhatsoeverinanyactivityatthesiteof
agameorareasimmediatelyadjacenttothefield.Thisappliesforthelengthof
thesuspension,andfailuretocomplywiththisrulewillresultinfurther
disciplinaryaction.
ii. Anejectionfromthegamewillbeindicatedbyaredcard.
iii. AcoachorplayerwhoreceivesaredcardissuspendeduntiltheLeague
ArbitrationCommitteeinvestigatesthesituation.Aredcardisanautomatic
two(2)-gamesuspension.
iv. Anyplayer/coachreceivingaredcardforaphysicalaltercationwillreceivean
automaticnine(9)gamesuspension.
v. TheArbitrationCommitteewilldecideonanyactionandmakeafinal
dispositionofthematter.
vi. Theteamrepoftheredcardedplayerwillcallthedivisioncoordinatorto
reporttheplayer.Therefereewillalsoreporttheplayertothereferee
scheduler.Therefereeschedulerwillreporttheincidenttotheleague.The
playerwillbecodedasineligiblebytheleagueregistrarandwillnotappearon
thegamerosteruntilthesuspensioniscompleted.
vii. AnyplayerreceivingaredcardandwhoplayersinboththeOver26andthe
Over40Divisionswillservethatsuspensioninthedivisioninwhichthered
cardwasissuedonly.
viii. Aplayerorcoachwhostrikesarefereewillautomaticallybesuspendedforno
lessthantwo(2)seasons(includingthecurrentseason).
ChairpersonoftheRulesandRegulationsCommittee,inconjunctionwiththePresidentandthe
RefereeScheduler,willoverseeallconductofplayers/teams/coachesduringtheseason.Any
player/team/coachwhodemonstratesconsistentand/orseverebehaviorthatviolatestherulesof
theleagueortheguidelinesofgoodsportsmanshipwillbebroughttotheattentionoftheBoardof
Directorsforreviewandpossibledisciplinaryaction.
TheLILSLBoardofDirectorsWILLNOTTOLERATEdangerous,violent,orabusivebehaviorbyany
player/team/coach.TheBoardreservestherighttointercedeinordertoinsureasafeplaying
environment.
RAINOUTS:
1. Gameswillnotbecancelledduetoinclementweather;onlyunplayablefields.
a. UndersevereweatherconditionsonlytheLILSLPresidenthastheauthoritytocancelall
scheduledleaguegamesforagivendate,declaringaLeagueRainOut.
i. Inthisevent,theLILSLPresidentwillnotifytheDivisionCoordinators,whowill
notifytheteamrepresentativesnolessthanthree(3)hourspriortogametime.
ii. ALeagueRainOutwillbeplayedonthedatedesignatedforsuchpurposeonthe
originalseasonschedule,butmaybeinsertedintheschedulepriortoany
scheduledplayoffgames.
2. Thehometeammustcallthescheduledrefereeandthevisitingteamrepresentativeatleastthree(3)
hoursbeforegametimetoreporttheirfieldtobeunplayable.DIRECTCONTACTMUSTBEMADE–No
voicemail,emailorthirdpartymessageareacceptable.
a. Thevisitingteammayrequestwrittenproofofanyunplayablefieldwherefeasible.
b. Ifthevisitingteamcannotbecontacted,bothteamsmustbeatthefieldatthescheduled
gametimeandhavethenumberofuniformedplayersrequiredtofieldateam.
3. Gamesnotcalledthree(3)hoursbeforegametimewillbeatthediscretionofthereferee.
a. Bothteamsmustbeatthefieldandhavethenumberofuniformedplayersrequiredtofield
ateam,underpenaltyofforfeit.
4. Iftherefereecannotbecontacted,arepresentativeofthehometeammustgotothefieldtoinform
therefereeofthecancellationandoffer$10.00fortravelexpenses.

Iffieldusageisdeterminedbyanoutsideagent(e.g.ParksCommissioner),theirdecisionmustbe
compliedwith.However,thehometeamshouldmakeeveryefforttocommunicatewiththeoutside
agentearlyenoughtoavoidinconveniencingtheopposingteamandthereferee.
Ifthegamehasnotbeencancelledasdescribedabove,thehometeamisresponsibleforhavingthe
fieldreadytoplayatgametime(unlesstherefereehasindicatedotherwise),underpenaltyofforfeit.
Iftherefereedeclaresthatthefieldisunplayable,bothteamsshouldimmediatelyarrangejointlya
makeupdateandtime.
a. Itissuggestedthatbothteamstrytoagreetoadifferentdateandtimetoreschedulethe
gamewhilethefieldisbeingdeclaredunplayable.
MAKEUPGAMES:
1. Intheeventofarainoutoranyothergamerequiredtobereplayed,thegamemustbeplayedprior
tothelastgameoftheseason.
2. Thehometeammustprovidetwo(2)differentdatesandtwo(2)differentstarttimes(atleastthree
(3)hoursdifferent),andthetwo(2)daysmustbetwo(2)differentdaysoftheweek.
a. Ifthehometeamcannotprovidedatesandtimesasproposed,thevisitingteammay
suggestadifferenttimeanddateattheirfield.
b. Ifteamscannotagree,thentheDivisionCoordinatorwillassignadateandtime.
3. Ifarainoutoccurstwo(2)consecutiveweeks,thegamesmustbeplayedpriortothelastgameofthe
season.
a. Theselectionofdatesandtimesfollowtheaboveoutlinedprocedure.
COMPLAINTS:
1. Anyteamorplayerfindingitnecessarytoregisteracomplaintagainstanotherteamregardingtheir
behavioronthefieldmaydosobyemailingacomplaintlettertotheRulesandRegulations
Administrator.
2. Three(3)lettersofcomplaintagainstanyone(1)teamoranyindividualinanyone(1)seasonwill
initiateaninvestigationbytheRules&RegulationsAdministratorandtheBoardtodetermine
disciplinaryaction,ifany.
3. AllcomplaintswillbereviewedbytheBoardandfurtheractionmaybetaken.
FORFEITS:
1. IfeitherteamfailstocomplywithLeaguerules,thegamewillbedeclaredaforfeit.
2. ForfeitsdeclaredafterthestartofagamearedeterminedbytherefereeinaccordancewithFIFA
rulesandwillbedealtwithaccordingly.
3. Theforfeitingteamwillassumetheentirereferee’sfeeincashforthatgame.
4. ShouldasituationarisethatisinconflictwithLeaguerulesandcannotberesolvedbytheteams
and/orthereferee,arequestmustbemadetotheDivisionCoordinatorby9:00P.M.onthedayof
thegame.Iftheforfeitingteamhasnotpaidthereferee,hisentirefeemustbesentandreceivedby
theRefereeSchedulerpriortothenextscheduledgameorsaidteamwillforfeitallgamesuntilsuch

Coordinatornolaterthan6:00p.m.onthedaypriortothescheduledgame.IftheRefereescheduler
isnotifiedafter6p.m.onthedaypriortothescheduledgametheforfeitingteamisresponsiblefor
payingtheentirerefereefee.
6. TheteamforfeitingmustcalltheRefereeSchedulerandtheopposingteamrepresentativetoconfirm
theforfeit.
7. Thescorefortheforfeitwillberegisteredas1-0.ThisgameCANNOTbereplayedatalaterdate.
8. Contactmustbemadedirectlytoteamrepresentatives.Ifaresponseisnotreceived,youmust

11. Afifteen(15)minutegraceperiodwillbeallottedforthefollowingreasons:
a. Teamhaslessthan7playerspresent.
b. Ateamdoesnothavetheirpassesatthefield.
c. At15minutespastscheduledgametime,ifeitherrequirementhasnotbeenmet,aforfeitwillbe
declaredwithawinawardedtotheopposingteam.Therefereewillstartthepotentialforfeited

d. Theforfeitingteamisresponsiblefortheentirerefereefee.
12.Ifarefereefeeorleaguefineisnotpaidpriortothenextscheduledgame,thatteamwillforfeiteach
andeverygameuntilallfeesarepaid.
PROTESTS:
1. AllprotestsmustbesubmittedinwritingandinduplicatetotheRules&RegulationsAdministrator
witha$25.00checkmadepayabletotheLILSL.ProtestsmustbereportedtotheChairpersonofthe
