In terms of energy fields, an environment with recent technological progression, like
smart grid and machine-to-machine (M2M) infrastructure, has been making facilitation
where he/she enables to aggregate valuable information.
▌ On the other hand, volume of information has increased rapidity; therefore, a high
performance infrastructure such as Big Data is requested for computing and analyzing
enormous volume of information.
▌ Even if, that environment comes real, some issues are still remaining. Information in
Big Data has been accumulated from proprietary forms of which convention are so
variety and depending on systems, languages, regions, and so on that it is difficult to
re-use. It is need to use it by normal perspective by applying standard way.

Rec.37 will be incorporated into Revised Rec.14
‘Authentication of Trade Documents’ (according to
the plenary report “Follow-up to decision 12-11:
issues concerning a possible framework for the
governance of digital signature interoperability
standards and recommendations”).
Draft Rec.14 is now on Public Review stage till 30th
Nov. 2013.
